Had an amazing experience here! I was in Newcastle for my boyfriends birthday on the 8th of October and we came here for breakfast. The staff heard that it was his birthday, and went out of their way to make him feel special by singing for him and giving us free cake. On top the that, the food was absolutely amazing - definitely recommend!

On Saturday the 11th of September, I ordered the Smoked Trout Bagel which was rather disappointing from a freshness perspective. I did enjoy the Sweet Potato Fries on the side although there wasnt much of it.Moreover, the Muggachino was less flavourful than in other M&B restaurants Ive been to. It was quite watery and more diluted than it shouldve been.I will this restaurant a try again though, just to see how other items are served.

The waiters were friendly 😊, food was served fast and it was nice... We also got free waffles and ice-cream for valentine ♥️😊

Mugg and Bean is always a winner and it is no different with this branch in Newcastle. The restaurant is clean and neat, the staff is friendly and efficient and the food is lovely as always.Mugg and Bean is one of the few restaurant franchises that constantly update their menus. That keep them fresh in a market that can get quite boring and repetitive.

Closing up early and then did not have basic lines in stock.Wanted Muggachino. First the waitress said they dont make it any more, and when I then asked about the item being on the menu they were out of stock.Maybe they just wanted to go home asap. 🤷‍♀️

As always when you need a caffeine boast in an environment that is not to pretensious.The coffee bean aroma is my fix

My favorite Alabama Chicken Panino had less cheese, their Very Berry mocktail was devine. Great service and location.Prices are not bad at all. With R200 you get a filling meal and your favorite drink 1 or 2. Even more if you order a bottomless drink. Plus a tip. I am not sure what people mean when they are referring to expensive, unless your taste is, obviously you have to pay.

Their Chai latter is absolutely amazing. I like their services especially when ypu are explaining your concern about something you just bought and not happy with it. In overall their service is wonderful.

The waitress gave no information to me about the questions I had about the menu however she was welcoming.
