We loved the place so much especially the service, the staff was so helpful and respectful. Clean room. Food was Amazing.

The place is immaculate. It is kept very neat and the staff is professional. Their meals are of a high standard just like the place itself. What impressed me most is the security of the place.

Level 3 : stayed twice during August and September.Staff without masks in kitchen area whilst prepping food.Staff without masks in breakfast area while setting out breakfast foods.Receptionist at breakfast area without mask.Waiter removing mask to speak to guest.Absolute no regard for their own covid-measures.I felt my health and safety was compromised.

I spent two weeks in these hotel good receptionist and warm welcoming. The room are with modernized features. The only thing I was totally not happy with is the wifi connection because it very poor I reported several but was never fixed.

Stunning hotel. Its earthy metallic decor gives it a modern yet warm style. Varying room sizes and room types for different tastes. But still carrying that aesthetic of the lobby.The dining area could be better. It alone doesnt fit the overall feel of the hotel. But its still ok.

I can give 1 trillion mark percentage both the Manager and his the entire team, services provided really shocked me as I saw when it was was raining , the manager has to stand and his team giving Umbrellas to all guests who was going to do shopping at the mall.Really the Manager and all the entire team were AMICABLY, adorably and COHERE.Nice rooms, nice view both side as surrounded by CASINO, BEAUTIFUL MALL, CLOSER TO TAX RANK, EVERYTHING IS CLOSER.A NICE PLACE T BE SEE YOU SOON BACK AGAIN.

Had a great stay at the hotel and I had everything I need just in time because the shops are also close. You do not have to take transport to shops just outside there is a mall and you are able to shop and most retailers are there so you do not have to worry about anything.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms and the shower is awesome. Definitely 1 of the top 3 places to stay in Mthatha.

Hotel interiors are pleasant and modern. I did not stay here but had a brief walk through the commercial area. The hotel also has a Casino on site, but does not have a pool.

When I slept there...I slept in peace. My cousin also booked there and forgot his iPhone charger but guess what?...When he called, they had kept it for him and he received it in good order. The only issue I have is the Parking...Hotel Management needs to seriously relook at their design for parking...It tends out to be chaotic at times...Perhaps they can separate the Hotel Parking from the mall parking...Have a one-way flow of traffic...After all, the Hotel is situated in Umtata

Food took very long to come... I waited 50mins for dessert after my meal. Very disappointed. Nice pretty place, elegant and well kept. Just disappointed in the length of time I waited for my food

Clean and a beautiful place to stay, the reception is awesome with helpful ladies. We ordered meat platters, the variety of meat was great and fresh with a delicious flavour, the fish was finished before I could taste it. Overall beautiful hotel a mixture of rooms to relax.

Great option if you are traveling on business. Rooms are comfortable, fresh & clean.Aircon & wifi are standardAccess to the gym 50m from the entrance is included.Beds are comfortable for a good nights rest.Dinner at the hotel restaurant was good.Breakfast is in line with what you expect from top hotels.Coffee is great.Its not situated in a beautiful setting however its a good option when traveling on business.I will stay here again in the future.

The most friendly, welcoming staff I have ever encountered. The rooms are small but beautifully decorated. I slept so well. The conferencing facilities are wonderful and helped our team deliver a successful program.

The hotel is exquisite, the best accommodation in UMthatha. You can use the neighboring gym for free. The housekeeping was at an expected standard of a great hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only two issues that I had was how you connect to The WiFi, it’s a bit tedious. You have a batch of tiny papers given to you, that have a password that’s lasts for 24hrs. Secondly the parking! There is not enough parking space, I don’t know if they assumed that half of their guests would be using public transportation. In terms of the parking to rooms ratio.

The set up is beautiful. The service however wasnt good at all. I went for a business meeting and we were seated in the lounge area while a table was being set up for us, however no one told us when the table was ready. I was also not happy with the buffet. The food was just bland and a 13 year old couldve cooked that. It was nothing spectacular.

Do take a shot of the iconic Mayfair staircase. The picture is a keeper for all hotel residents!!

Super clean sheets and room, amazing room cleaning service. I was there for a wedding weekend and food+service everything was pretty quality. Definetely recommended. It is also right across the shopping mall, you can buy your needs easily.

Beautiful hotel indeed, great service from staff at large... from reception to concierge... now the reason its not a 5 star is in how the restaurant and bar staff etiquette is lacking ... e.g changing of glass when serving a drink...paper serviettes instead if cloth... small things like those.. but overall beautiful hotel, the rooms are epic ... I slept like a baby!

The coffee was surprisingly good too. The internet is probably only poor thing here but they do have WiFi. It’s just not as stable/fast enough for me.I would definitely come back here over and over again!

A warm welcome at the reception. Nice hotel and speechless about the rooms. Extremely beautiful. Had a nice dinner, pork chops and vegetables. House keeping poor, given a broken iron and very dirty. Improve few things, it can become the hotel.

One of best places to book a place to sleep at.

Never went inside. But what I see on the outside is likable. Its next to Ngebs City. Its probably better than Garden Court though

The interior design is classy and is very much welcoming, though they didnt prepare on time the venue we booked.

Great hotel clean and comfortable. Major improvement is need on providing parking as well porter service. The security do not bother with laggage and the service is not offered by reception staff.
