Its more of BnB not a hotel. Rooms are too small and people make noise you cant even sleep

This hotel is great when you visit Umtata and looking for a place to stay, its nice and Clean, secured parking with security cameras, very close to the CBD area, you can even walk to, it has a bar and lounge including the dining hall, great service i received and Hospitality ✨✨✨✨

Friendly staff, too much food, wifi in the rooms appreciated ,no tea n coffee provided in the rooms u have to ask for it. Gym facility cud make life easier to long staying guests.

I honestly would like to rate this place full markets for ticking all the right boxes. The service was amazing and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean, well kept and had a pleasant rest. The breakfast was a simple English breakfast but well made...

This is indeed a home away from home. Well mannered, professional yet personable, warm, kind staff they have. The food is divine, healthy, homely. I enjoyed my stay last week there.Keep the standards this good.

We were given a room with bedding(sheets) amd towels that had visible blood stains. So unhygienic. The breakfast was nice though.

Rooms are comfortable, but small. Bar is expensive. No gym as advertised. Portia was always friendly & helpful.

Very modern feel of motel... love the stay, room a bit tiny, not much of food variety because of set menu. Bar very expensive and not much of variety. Busy place so parking an issue. But friendly staff... lovely owner.

Good service offered from reception staff and the waiters. Great breakfast offered and dinner. The dinner portion was too small for the price but delicious nevertheless. Good room, the let down is the bathroom sweats when washing. Clean, beautiful and quiet

Clean , small, modern room with ensuite shower and toilet. Secure parking on site which is a must. Dinner and breakfast available for a fee. Professional staff. BE ADVISED room 3 you can hear the music from bar all night and room doesnt get dark because curtains are too short and walkway lights shine in.

Incredible service. Clean rooms and eating areas. The food varieties were incredible.

I was there with my girls and we were told that we must order food for the amount of R250 per person bcuz we were having a baby shower for my girl. The food was not good chips were crispy and Ram was overcooked and I called the chef and I was told he already left and I asked the second chef and the lady came. Then I asked her if she noticed something with our food and she replied the chips are crispy and the ram is overcooked. And then she said I will tell the chef . I will not go back there ever again.

Hotel website says R825 per night for a room, then when you enquire Sasa from reception says Our website does not work our normal prices are R1100.00 BnB . This is not right, fix your website then else it looks like false advertising.

Its okay, if you are looking for a place to sleep, no buffet breakfast, you order your option on a menu. Rooms are small and TV isnt so clear. Great rates though. Like I said, its not for your honeymoon or vacation.
