A very poor service .always some things are out of stock, how can chips be out of stock in such a big frenchise. The attitude with the stuff is so bad

The last time I went there the service is awesome but it is the environment that it is situated in. There is a lot of rubbish in Circus Triangle. There are a lot of KFC in Umtata. And if you know Umtata. I do advise you to go to other KFCs. Not this one.

They have great meat and good service but their place is always full with long cues and they are short staffed.
