They offer excellent service. The demand for service can be overwhelming ...it is a great joy to note dedication of thier competent staff component

Great food as usuall however the Manager or Supervisor who was on shift that morning was too loud as if she wanted everyone to know shes in charge. Tad bit ridiculous having to eat and be listening to a person clearly seeking attention by shouting across the room giving instructions to her staff. Either than that, great chicken

Its normal franchise, service is mediocre. I thought there meal are over priced, especially the soft drinks.

Old buns, no butter, they said it is no more ordered lemon and herb chicken, it was plain no taste just dry. Lemon and herb sauce not there among the sauces, weasked for it they said they dont have anyIt was a night without moon, hoo i give up. NO SOAP in the dispenser just dryThank you

The place is great. Sometimes the place is too full and you have to wait for a very long time before you get your order. Otherwise its a great place.

Their meat was dirty it has a black thingz of burnt meat its like their braaing tray was not cleaned before putting meat

I didnt enjoy my meal at Nanos at all! It was entirely too spicy for my likings. Part of the problem with my food being too spicy I credit to the setup at the store. It was very noisy and I couldnt hear the lady taking my order and I dont think she could hear me either.

They mostly serve good chicken but yesterday it was so bad... Shockingly horrible

I went to pick up an order, but Nandos is a very good place to have a lovely filling meal with friends, I mean, you all know this. They do however need to their restroom clean.

Its no longer possible to order food from Nandos Mthatha for some reasons :(

I loved the place. The spacing is used in the right way. Its clean, customers are being attended on time. And you know 😊, you dont live the place still feeling hungry. The cashier make sure that what you ordered is what the heard and the people dispensing food they always double check if the packed correct order

I asked my Nandos to be salt-free only to find when I went home that salt was added.

The restaurant has a great family atmosphere and vibe. The service however isnt that great. Our orders were either mixed up or missing, one of the meals was cold and the staff were not that helpful. But all in all the food was great.
