Their online service tends to take longer, which defects the purpose of ordering online to avoid waiting. Other than that everything is great. One thing I always get is a very pleasant cashier with a friendly smile. And Im a huge sucker for pet names (team of endearment) and they use them a lot😊. Thats why I mostly go there🙂.

I always come here for take aways or I order ahead and pick up. The service is always friendly and efficient. The establishment is clean and has space for sit down as well. Was recently there on a very hot day and was grateful for the air conditioning and comfy seating. The only thing is that you cant always on the ice-cream machine as its sometimes out of order. Still a good place for fast food. If sit in or ordering for collection is your thing they do have a drive through too but always seems packed.

The make the best dunked wings in all of Mthatha. No other KFC comes close

It was okay, the food was nice but the service was something else. I love a place with a good service unfortunately it was not one of them.

Good outlet design and service

This KFC is very useless!!! Everytime i purchase the coffee its ether their coffee machine is out of order most of the time or you will get a cold coffee.Today they had to warm it using microwave and guess what? 😡Coffee spills and the container lost shape. Please guys take your customers very seriously it annoys me how poor is your service. Its been years now and you dont want to improve!!!

The outlet is busy but I know of other KFCs that are less busy but take way too long to release your order, I have to compare them to this one & the service is prompt, the downside is the parking, theres not enough parking spots, if youre driving, one is forced to drive thru, what if you wanted to use the restaurant for a meeting?

Mist KFCs have no longer a drink in a cup. Instead they charge you R74.90 in the place of R68.00 of which I feel its not fair as if its your fault. They dont have the diet soft drinks for us that are suffering from diabetes. Its not Mthatha KFC only, but almost all of them wherever I travel. Please rectify/correct this with immediate effect.

Ive never seen a poorer service. The bonus I couldnt pay with my card as they were accepting cash only and as I was paying the back cover of the till fell on me.

Firstly, that place is tidy, workers are so friendly, your order comes on time and what I like the most about this place is that their food is fresh and is on high standard. They never disappoint.👌👌👌👌👌👌

Its confusing. One day youll get the best service ever with beautiful smiles. The rest of the week you get people who seem uninterested in what they are doing and make the experience unpleasant, specially the drive through.Verdict, they should really care to teach everyone customer service etiquette. Its not fair that the good guys get dragged down by the terrible.

Its a 50/50 with this one. They genuinely dont have coffee and the last time I was here they didnt have fizzy drinks (they only had the sugar free stuff) I think someone should have ran to the spar for a few Buddies... Its along the way therefore convenient.

Got my order 1 hour and 15 minutes later even tho I was the only customer there. Horrible service. Shift supervisor didnt even bother coming to apologize, saying he was to busy. My friend. Without us as a customers , u dont have a job. Remember that!!!

Bread rolls where old and took them twice to get the order correct.. Staff are not very well trained on the product they are selling and none of them Smiled or greeted just next customer i wont be be spending any of my hard earned money at that establishment again. It seemed as if they thought they where doing me a favour by taking my money and giving me poor service😕

Drive-thru facility is what I use the most and its really efficient.

I received very poor service. They got my order wrong and I continuously had to explain myself. Thereafter they went to overcharge me for my items. I am utterly disappointed by the poor service. The staff does not care. I do not believe they were appropriately trained.
