The restaurant offers an authentic drive-in experience at a roadhouse. The waiters are friendly and attentive, delivering great food to car in no time at all. The movies shown are great for the whole family. The theme and vibe of the drive-in experience they offer is epic and hope it will be offered well into future.

I were amazed with the luxurious setting. Only had tea and cake, how delicious. Beautiful romantic venue, comfortable chairs at dining tables, even beautiful comfortable booths. High chairs at bar and a cozy sofa area, with a view of Dias Beach. Will definitely go again.

Early dinner at this beautifully designed restaurant.The butternut soup and house salad as starter were amazing (~100RD together). The special of the day (hake with tartar sauce and chips) was good but Not overwhelmingly special. The vegetarian choice of truffle and mushroom couscous was delicious but too much butter was used (I scooped quite a bit into a separate bowl) (~ 250RD for both).All in all I would come back.

Always impressed with them, apart from last Sunday 12 Sep the Italian Sunday lunch. The starter and mains was of very poor quality, cold and under cooked. The Tiramisu was very nice but not enough to make up for the rest.

This restaurant is a great place to spend time in. The breakfast menu is ample with prices ranging from budget to luxurious. Great coffees and teas and juices for the thirsty, and delicious cakes for those craving the sweet things in life.

We recently visited the restaurant for the first time and will definitely become regulars. We received great service and interacted with several of the wait staff all were very friendly and provided extensive information on all our queries. We had a Cappuchino and an espresso coffee milkshake both of which were excellent. We accompanied the drinks with huge slices of the most divine carrot cake and equally impressive lemon meringue. Despite already having over-full tummies other peoples pizza going by appeared most attractive & gave off fantastic aromas which convinced us to return soon to sample the food. Well post an update on the results! Obviously with its location the view and atmosphere is excellent! We went back the next day for lunch, we were seated & someone brought us menus. The staff then proceeded to ignore us for over 40 minutes without something to drink and no one approached us again to take our order. We left and enjoyed good service and fantastic food at Cafe Gannett in Mossel Bay, the atmosphere & setting was significantly better while prices were about the same! Tried contacting the GM as requested but.......The response was:DNS Error: 3802574 DNS type mx lookup of bahiablue.co.za responded with code NXDOMAIN Domain name not found: bahiablue.co.za

Would not recommend. Poor service. Tasteless food. Breakfast was terrible. The worst and most dry bacon I have ever eaten. Asked for hard sunny side up eggs, received soft running eggs. Attention to detail is non-existent. It is a shame because the location is beautiful.

No frills, good value restaurant, basic menu with most key dishes on offer, some days they have buffet, generous portions, eager table waiting, panoramic views of Diaz Beach and Seal Island, outside seating available but still order inside. Open every day till 10pm which is great because most other restaurants in the area have limited trading hours. Also cake and coffee specials.

Love everything about this Restaurant! The staff is exceptional especially the waiter Tawanda is very professional and makes us feel welcome everytime. The food is beyond expectation definately the best in Mossel Bay!

Went out of their way to make things happen. Great staff and great food.

Such a disappointment!!!Had to wait 30 minutes for breakfast. Terrible service. Apparently the barista messed up the coffee order. Instead of Chai latte... we got served Latte... that took another 10min to rectify.We eventually got the breakfast.. instead of soft eggs we got hard sunny side up eggs... a dish that seemed forgotten to be served and had to be warmed.

We waited quite a while to be served and then to receive our order. But not too shabby all in all, just not my favourite place to go for a dine-out sesh.The breakfast special for R29 is yummy and actually filling though, so kudos for that!

Waiters are ignorant and clearly showed their dislike when we only wanted drinks. Did not even offer to clean table after previous guests left.We asked for a wine and drinks menu which never arrivedAsked what range of gins they offer, to which he replied Gordons. When I walked to the bar-tender, he showed me several better-class gins on offer!

I cannot understand why, with all the negative comments, no progress has been made to improve service. We are residing in hotel, breakfast is included. Service exceptionally poor: waited more than 40 minutes after ordering to receive the wrong order! Maybe an effective supervisor/mentor for new staff can improve this dismall performance?

Not impressed at all. The waiter we had lied to us. We ordered an isebein and she said they were all out. I asked another waiter after we ate and she said they just sold the last one 2 min ago. That was 2 hours after we already ate. The food we ended up eating was super over cooked. The only positive was the dessert was amazing. Definitely recommend the lemon meringue. Also on new years they allowed the people from the beach to use their toilet and it had vomit everywhere and no one attending to it.

Food is delicious! BUT the services is shockingly BAD!!!!

Its only good for its view and drinks.We came here hoping for a good lunch while overlooking the beach. We got the view and a couple cold drinks, but the food was inedible. The nachos were made with Doritos (orange powdered chips), which we didnt ask for, and the cheese wasnt entirely melted. The pizza was also barely cooked. It was a surprise, because we waited nearly an hour for the food and we were the only people there. Maybe the cook was on holiday?

The service is so poor. We waited 20 minutes just for someone to bring us menus, which we eventually collected ourselves at the door. We asked 3 different waiters we would like to order to which they all reply that they will send someone over. After 40 minutes we still havent been helped. This is after we complained to the manager. The waiters just sprint past you and pretend not to see you. Worst services Ive ever had!

We stayed at the hotel and had dinner here (young couple). The sevice was very fast and friendly. We took first a green and a greek salad, and both were exactly how we like it, dressing was very nice. As a main dish some chicken breast fillets fried in breadcrumble. It was hot and crispy, vegetables were fresh grilled, no frosen ones and chips were also very good, which is in SA rare. Was nice to stay!

Nice and quite , out of season of course, spot right on Dias beach! Perfect setting for a meal, or drinks with friends.
