It is always a treat to visit Delfinos Restaurant! The restaurant is perfectly located on the beach, so we could watch surfers riding the waves while our children played on the beach and we sipped on G&Ts. The pizza we had was crispy and very tasty and I thoroughly enjoy the seafood platter. We will definitely visit again soon!

Lovely vibe and views. Had a outside table looking across the ocean. What a delightful atmosphere.Service is good, cannot complain. I just feel that the waiters are way to rushed and dont really apply personality to their service, which I think can go a long way in making many return. Food was on point and good drink offering. They offer something of everything in the foody qaspect. Delicious burgers and pizza. Give their shake a go aswell

We always go to Delfinos. Lovely atmosphere, beautiful view of he sea, very relaxing. It was worth waiting for the English breakfast. My favourite ( chips) were crisp and tasty; a generous helping. Friendly service as well. One can walk along the beach.

Good food, good beer, great setting and great staff

The pizzas are amazing! Great food, amazing waiters and a spectacular view. Prices are also good. I lived in Mossel Bay for a bit and this was my go-to restaurant. So when I visit Mossel Bay, guess where I go?

I have notice some of the staff is not wearing the face mask properly. No use if mask is on the schin, mouth and nose not covered. Otherwise the food is very good.

We were lucky: our first visit and we end up choosing the day of the breakfast buffet (Sundays 08:00- 12:00). Very reasonably priced with an extra cost for beverages. Again the weather was in our favour and we enjoyed a tasty breakfast overlooking a perfect view of breaking waves. Delfinos staff was friendly and helpful. It will depend on your arrival time, as well as the season, but there were plenty of parking. Delfinos is wheelchair friendly and has public restrooms.Covid rules are applied.

Excellent service and awesome views of the crashing waves and surfers! The food was delicious, however the pizza wasnt a 10/10 but still very good and packed with ingredients. The Tuscan salad is my new favourite!

Cant get better location and fantastic ambiance.Pizzas are awesome!Only advice I have for them is that front of house must be more on top of making sure when the waiters chat to each other at the entrance of the establishment they still keep a watchful eye on their tables. I almost had to start a Mexican wave to get them to attend to me multiple times.Must add that the waiters were at least very pleasant once I got their attention.

We had the Buffet breakfast at Delfinos.What a lovely breakfast we will definitely be coming back to have a breakfast or maybe some other meal with them. Our waiter was absolutely a STAR unfortunately I did not get his name and all the other staff were just as friendly and helpful but our waiter went the extra 1000 miles. Can definitely strongly recommend this restaurant which on the beach.

Good service. Dreadful food - waited more than 90 minutes for our food, and when we got it? Raw chips. Not just stone cold, but raw. The waiter told us that he had had quite a few complaints because the kitchen was probably tired and wanted to go home...apart from the chips, I had the most unpleasant mushy hake. Am relieved not to have gotten food poisoning from it, it was that bad... The two stars is only for the service.

Staff are very friendly and restaurant look nice. The pizzas are great but the burgers and kebabs arent my favorite. I had a crumbled chicken burger and it tasted like fish. Couldnt even recognize the chicken. It was also very salty

This gem of a place has been operating for 2 decades as far as I remember. Mostly weather dependent as most seating is outside. However the warmth and atmosphere inside at night is definitely a wonderful experience.

Great to have lunch practically on the beach. Food is well presented but service can be a little slow at times but wel worth it. Staff are very friendly.

Friendly staff, ordered Hawain chicken schnitzel with bacon. Best schnitzel so far that I have had,downside was the chips was on the raw side and the bacon not crispy. Still good schnitzel on its own. Informed manager of the chips and bacon but yet we paid full price!

Second time we tried Delfinos. First time wasnt great, but still thought well give it another try. We waited almost 45 minutes for our food. My husband asked to speak to the manager who never even bothered to show up. Definitely had better food, and it seems the manager couldnt care less to apologize. Suppose they have enough customers

I enjoyed my visit to Delfinos. This was my first visit here. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The food is amazing which is accompanied by a beautiful beach side view. Definitely will visit again.

Had a VERY unpleasant experience and the staff is rude and ignorant. Dirty table . Dirty coffee mugs . Order wrong and some items we ordered NEVER arrived at our table.

Very nice setting however, the staff dont seem to be so energetic! I sometimes get the feeling they are doing us a favour. I do enjoy the breakfast. I would love to see more professionalism like at Salt and Copper. I actually avoid going there accept having breakfast. My wife had the worst Chicken Livers there. Not sure who the Chef is but it is time to understand food trends and presentation.

Loved the vibe and our waiter, Jean, even mixed us a sweet and unique Cocktail just because he saw we liked something different!

Took my Nanna here for lunch earlier this week. We both ordered the pescatore pasta, and it was unfortunately quite terrible. On the menu the dish is described as prawn meat, calamari, feta, garlic, tomato reduction, cream and a hint of chilli but was in fact mushy pasta, what I imagine was tinned tomato mix as the pasta sauce, frozen (and tasteless) calamari strips, and at most one or two frozen shrimp. I would genuinely recommend taking this dish off the menu if that is how its regularly prepared. Lovely venue but very disappointed in the food.

Serving was slow, probably not full staff on duty.No waiter on duty to oversee when a client needs something. We had to go and look for a waitor, when needed. Nobody in sight.Our pizzas were deliciously, the dessert even better!

The only positive thing about this restaurant is its location. I ordered the 5 hake pieces and homemade bread. The fish was deep fried in a batter(each piece probably contained 1cup of oil uuurgh) the bread was probably homemade but was heated before serving in a microwave which made the bread inedible, was like chewing a piece of plastic. I had one little piece of the homemade bread roll and left the rest. The waitress was friendly and thats about it. I was at the Kingfisher restaurant (which is located above Delfinos) the previous night and their food is excellent. Delfinos will never see me again and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Bad Management and food.Waited for a hour for our food. Breakfast ends at 10.00. Who wants to eat lunch at 10.30??Well now, I understand, as you wait until lunch time for your food.I ordered a hawain chicken wrap. After a hour, I received a wrap with strips mixed with calamari and chicken and no pineapple! Do not want to imagine, how chicken and calamari gets mixed up?? Still feel sick thinking about it. But I was so hungry, had no choice to eat it.Will never return again.Will not recommend this restuarant to anyone. Can be rated the worst restuarant due to the food and lack of management. The waitresses tried their best, but cant fix the terrible food.

Worst experience ever. Warm drinks. Food served wrong. No social distancing being followed. When we spoke to the manager about our unsatisfactory experience, he simply sent us the bill while we were still eating the one dish. They insisted that we pay immediately. We did so. While we were eating further after payment the manager and waiter stood there and stared at us. Would not recommend at all.

Beautiful setting at Mosselbays Point. Good food and the Tuscan salad is delicious! Some of the fish was cooked perfectly whilst one portion was bone dry. So calls for more consistency . The service can be improved, as it felt rushed and there were a number of times we had to try and get the waitress attention. Overall an enjoyable experience because of the location.

The burgers was amazing, had to try it out another time and was equally satisfied. Had a strawberry milk shake and unfortunately found splinter of glass as I was finishing it off. Still in Mosselbay until 26 June and will most definitely like to visit again.

Delicious food, great view and good service. Weve been there three times now and each time it has been a great experience. The menu is versatile and includes burgers, delicious pizzas, desserts and platters. The deck is right on the beach, we even got to watch dolphins swim past on our last visit.

Not many restaurants in Mosselbaai offer this view and access to a small rocky beach and tidal pool. The atmosphere created by the blue and white benches and umbrellas makes for a wonderful relaxed seaside atmosphere. If you are not a fuzzy eater and not in a hurry then do check in and enjoy the view and the cool sea breeze.

Asked if they had coffee that was not done on the bean to cup coffee machine outside in the tuktuk, they told me they do, paid and then the waiter bought me the coffee she got from the tuktuk machine.... It was terribly and I threw it away.

Venue brings back fond memories of holidays with loved ones. Staff is friendly and helpful. A suggestion: make a better plan with how the hot dishes are set up inside - when one lifts the domed lid, the plate in front of it lands on the floor :(

Went for lunch and had the most unbelievable pizzas. Two days later ordered steak and a seafood pasta. The steak looked and tasted like it had been cooked from frozen and the pasta was covered by a huge amount of sauce and what I can only describe as chunks of rubber tasting calamari ( I think ) Both meals were disgusting.

Very bad.The four guys(boys) and even the manager at the entrance treated me invisible. They seem seasonal amateurs not properly trained. But at least one waitress was friendly. She changed my mood better.
