Got sick of the food I ordered there yesterday. The chicken looked pale, oily and did not even smell like KFC should. Ive been in bed the whole day fighting this stomach bug.

Had to wait for 10minutes in the drive thru for my food, at the window where they give you, your order.

Real value for money and very delicious. Please check your order before leaving as they have a tendency not to get order right specify something specific.

The staff is incoppenent. When you go through the drive through you wait up to twenty minutes for your food. The food is oily. I will never go there again.

All the girls that work there are amazing.. They always give service with a smile...but today I ordered food in the drive through there was a gentleman working there he has never helped me before and misgendered me on purpose, I was very offended I am a transwomen and being misgendered just adds to my disphoria.

Tonight was very busy but the chicken was superbly fried and good quality. Good service as usual. Well done.

Appalling service the staff act like they are doing you a favour. The kitchen staff dont all wear gloves when preparing your food, also they pull up their masks to talk to each other and with the pandemic should be reported.Got my order wrong, which seems to be right out of KFC training.I have never received service this bad.

Well,ordered on the app. Informed store via link that we are close.got there.ordered for in store and not drive through. Has used app a lot. So I know what I do. First they could not find the order. Later found order in drive through. Took like 30 minutes before we got food.Food was hot and fresh though.Wife ordered chips later on at the counter. Took like 10 minutes to get regular chips but must add at that stage the kfc was not packed inside but the drive through got cars going through like crazy. My wife said it is as of Heiderand and Mosselbay people only stood up now from bed passed 19:30 and you should see all the barrels and big boxes going out for drive through.We will visit them again as food as fresh and hot but it just took long to get food...maybe they got a fright when the drive through was never endig.

The food was of poor quality. Paid more for an item as advertised without consulting me the client. Packaging is also poor for the food was mangled.

Their service is too quick and you dont wait too long on the line/cue.

Chips was old and cold,buns and meat was super dry! ALWAYS a dissappointment!

It was a pleasant experience. The whole fanily went there for my daughter in law,s birthday. The inside was updated since we were there the last time. Some of the walls were covered with lovely wallpaper and a kids play area form part of the new look. Once again the food was well prepared and the staff very friendly and helpfull.

Actually they dont even deserve a star, their service was soooooo poor, I believe that they should get rid of that staff and give the job to the deserving people the way they reacted as if they dont need to be there

If dirty seating, old cold chips and out of stock items are your thing, this KFC is your spot.

Service was excellent considering there was a staff shortage due to protests. What grabs me is that I was short changed with my order of 5 burgers instead of six. And by the time you realise this, it is far too much trouble to address.

The food is okay but the order is always wrong. Asked for the burger with the hashbrown on it. The employee said its the colonel burger (which is the one im looking for). Got the Tower burger instead that only comes with a piece of chicken and not even a hashbrown. I get retail work is difficult I have done it too and it gets harsh but its pathetic when the staff ALWAYS gets the order wrong. I mean how is it possible to ALWAYS make a mistake?

As if our orders were not received properly. There was a confusion. I have to contact the delivery counter multiple time to receive the ordered food.First they missed to provide drinksNext not provided chips.Also a piece of chicken was missingThey said my order was wrongBut I ordered from the display menu .Poor service

This Kfc has recently revamped without giving proper notice to customers who might drive by. It is located in a very poor spot, difficult to park or go through the drive-in. The staff at the counter are usually friendly. The quality of the kfc food is usually not bad. For some reason I think they dont pan their coleslaw very well,since they were out of stock more than once we visited on a Sunday.

Service are good but their burger fillets are very small, I take the same meal every time and I pay R68 for it, the fillet is exactly half the roll size, shaped like a fish. For that Illgive them only 1 star

Yesterday on 26 September 2019 and today the 27th i bought the wrapsta box..Both times the wrap was so soggy and the garnish was horrible..It was definitely not made fresh and i am very disappointed... Yesterday i gave you the benefit of the doubt but to be like this 2 days in a row is not on..
