Just spent an hour on the phone with a lady from the call centre.After dealing with the activation team yesterday, we are no closer to getting Vodacom Fibre.Vodacom has been messing us around since the 2nd of September, when our order was accepted by Vodacom. We constantly have to follow up. Lead times advertised are 7 to 14 days. We are now past 30 days....The lady from the call centre was very helpful and confirmed that the ONT device is not compatible with Vodacom and Vumatel. This after we requested on several occasions for a vodacom representative to come through to check the installation, but to this day no one has pitched.It does not help that Vodacom says that the line is active, when the system is not compatible. Photos were sent to a vodacom technician yesterday of the installation, and like everyone else, he said that this would be sorted out by today.Seems all that Vodacom staff are great at is telling customers that the issue will be resolved by tomorrow.The whole experience with Vodacom over the last month has been beyond frustrating and well past a joke.

This post is based on the assumption that most Vodacom Management sit at these premises. I have never had problems with Vodacom before, until now. So called upgrade processed to an inferior device. Multiple calls to call centres to collect device supplied as an upgrade Email correspondence is simply ignored. Every consultant has a different response to the same issue yet the standard reply is apologies for the inconvenience. There would be no inconvenience if Vodacom would sort this out. A service provider I have always depended on is now aligning itself to the general sub- standard service that seems to be commonplace. Issue remains unresolved since 02/07 with no response. Disappointing is an understatement. I expect no response to this post either.

Bad service by constantly drop call and cant provide relevant information like a persons email address to resolve a query or communicate to the person. When you leave a message for the person to contact you back, one never gets a response..

The is probably 1 of the companies that has the worst customer service in south africa or africa ... or let me say they are very quick to do a sale... you can get a phone contract in less than 1 hour, easy... But let them sort a query or a account issue then you will wait 2 days!!! This is pathetic, maybe you should concentrate on keeping the clients that you already have happy instead of sourcing new once all the time.... after all we (existing contact and prepaid holders) are the once keeping your doors open. Service is Horrible!!! And i will never recommend people to go with Vodacom.

Bad service I still wait 3 days later for feedback I is supposed to upgrade May month but my previous upgrade was done 2018 in AUGUST but before they time 2016 AUGUST was 2 upgraded back so this make not sense if work out is 24 month AND NOT 22 MONTHS suppose to be I am not happy more by Vodacom I must go to MTN now better service there

Well maintained building, well trained staff and beautiful views of Vodacom Midrand very professional people who are dealing with the customers. A lot of parking and very secure parking and place. Just love this place.

I have been more than understanding about short staffed due to covid however vodacom doesnt seem to understand that due to their lack of knowledge on customer service i have lost an entire busniess day and will loose another one. Your business line is a joke and so are the people who answer the phones. I wanted to speak to a manager and there was no such thing. I do see that you conveniently dont respond to bad reviews anywhere. I will never recommend vodacom to anyone and i sincerely hope that your untrained staff members will be your downfall and your lack of consideration to the paying customer is your reminder to do your job BETTER!!!!!

Parking is always full. People are forced to park outside on the road. Canteen is really good with alot of food options and prices are reasonable. Green belts around office buildings are stunningly beautiful with roses and other flowering plants.Only downside is parking space.

So had my number since 1997 suddenly i cant make calls nor can anyone get hold of me. Called 135 from another number only to get told my number have NEVER been activeThis ongoing pathetic service and blatant disregards of signed contracts ....has now gone far enough.I demand an investigation on who deactivated my number.You will be hearing from my laywer.Have a nice day
