It says that my funds have been refunded back into your account and please expect the funds to reflect within the next 14 working days. but in the same breath, it says For us to proceed with the refund process, please complete the attached document and provide us with the following documentation to process your refund to which I responded saying I do not feel comfortable sending my documents especially when theyve confirmed to have refunded me as per their email and included my banking details regardless.Im yet to receive my refund. I got a call from an extremely bored sounding young lady named Ntombi who I told the same thing. Ive sent numerous other emails.

They posses really lovely shoes and the staffs are friendly and so polite. They also sell shoe accessories such as Suede protector, leather and suede cleaners. They have hand bags, back packs and wallets.
