Lovely atmosphere, heaters around, vibey and a good place to have a large crowd at. Food is delicious, a bit on the smaller portions size, side of things. Looks very classy. Go there to chill and try a place thats got a different vibe going. Waiters are a bit distracted and take long to tend to their patrons when the place is full, which is most weekends. Other than the slightly delayed service, it is a great place to go to.

They serve very nice oxtail. I really enjoyed it. We ordered the livers as a starter and they tasted good, not really the best out there but good. Their service is very slow and the waiter hardly checked on our table. I wouldnt really consider going back again though. The ambiance didnt excite me that much

I was a bit disappointed with Zuri. Ive been meaning to go for a while but havent had a chance until now. They have a prime location at Mall of Africa. I was expecting a prime experience. I arrived around lunchtime on a hot day to a pleasant greeting. We seated and immediately changed tables because the tabled wobbled and bounced from corner to corner. The next one did as well. At the 3rd table we finally ordered. The experience was made even more uncomfortable because the aircon wasnt working. Did I mention hot day at lunch? The snail starter was great even down to the bread it was served with. The Sushi was just amazing. But then the Steak-on-the-Bone was too rare for medium. Bleeding a lot closer to the bone. Please throw out your wobbly tables. If it was any busier and only those tables were available, I would have just left.

The interior is very beautiful and has a nice vibe to the place... Most of the seating is lounge like so you can sit comfortably.It is quite small so the outdoor seating with a view goes quickly.The food is nice, however their veggies could do with a bit of spicing up other than just with salt. The meat is good and I guess that is the star of the plate but the supporting flavors need to be good too in order for it to get 5 stars.There is a full bar and also a DJ box so it can turn into a really nice party!

Had a really great experience. Staff are very friendly, yet professional and willing to accomdate any need. The dishes have great flavour and are presented immaculately. The desserts however are not so grand they look great, but the flavour combo does not work. Stick to ice-cream or the chocolate fondant.

I actually like this place. Its top class to a point that youd think its expensive but its actually quite affordable. And at a certain time in the evening, the DJ starts pumping the music and the whole place turns into a mini nightclub. Recommended for a fun night out

Ive never been so disappointed in a restaurant before. I made a booking for a party of 9 a week ago. When walking in this afternoon, I was ignored by all waitering staff and left to go find our table on my own. The seating area upstairs was unprepared and the luxury couches in tatters. When I commented on this, she remarked thats why we dont use this area. If only I knew that a week ago. The manager seemed to disregard us and appeared casually indifferent. I instantly knew my party and I wouldnt have enjoyed our special occasion and so we were left with no choice but to leave and go to another restaurant nearby (who gladly prepared a table for us on demand and provided excellent service). A poor excuse for a supposedly upmarket restaurant and lounge.

Good for a sundowner after work due to the view of sunset, and the water springs at waterfall mall. The ambiance is good with nice seating outside, a bit crowded in side. The menu is relatively limited and not unique (if that is your thing).Id recommend this for a chilled evening/night out, but not for a date, since youd have little privacy. All in all, good place.

Zuri is a sanctuary in a very busy mall. As a young person with no kids and not that much money I find no reason to be at mall of Africa. However, upon finding Zuri I find a reason to make the trip. The food isnt that great especially since I dont eat meat ( I have heard great things about the pork belly) but the atmosphere and drinks are what make Zuri great. Getting drinks with friends cheering and listening to music is the perfect way to unwind and Zuri does it perfectly with comfortable stays great drinks and a perfect view. The price is not for everyday, but if you save up and budget well treat yourself to a great night at Zuri watching the sunset

They tried serving us expired white wine. It was dodgy on their part. We ordered sushi...they did a good job there.

Its a beautiful space but thats the only thing they invested in. The food was substandard to say the least and it didnt look pretty on the plate either. The presentation was poor and the food tasted bland. For the money I spent there, I expected a lot more but got food that I could have made at home myself and still would have enjoyed better.

Zuri Lounge is awesome! Highly recommend it. Good food, good music, great service...the overall vibe is amazing!

Was there last week Friday with a group and friends and found a baby cockroach in my drink, manager showed no remorse and instead offered the rest of the table another round of drinks; who knows how many roaches I ate/drank as I felt sick ALL weekend! Definitely will not be going there again! Phone was off so couldnt take a pic; however we were right next to one of the cameras there (seated upstairs) Really disappointed; this place almost lived up to its name but failed me in the end.

Music...Food...Drinks was nice! But the waiter was not that nice,We had to look for him in order to get drinks & it was not that busy.

The food was ok, nothing out of this world. But the atmosphere and vibe was great. This is not for you if youre for calm and zen places. Loved it

I’ve never rated/reviewed a restaurant before or anything for that matter, but Zuri is absolutely the worst. It took a waiter 20+minutes to take our order, I ordered a well done rump steak and I don’t know if they gave me someone else’s food or something but instead the stake was dripping blood. Their sushi is absolutely the worst!!!

Extremely beautiful place. Has a good view. The food is a bit prices for the amount you get and the drinks arent the cheapest either. If youre at mall of Africa you should defineatly have a look but you must also remember there are a ton of other restaurants to choose from.

Place was full and there wasnt any tables available. We opted to wait at the bar, after a while and seeing that its not getting better we saw a nice spot of which we asked the waiter if they could just set up a small table with two chairs of which they gladly obliged.* We were entertain by Noir et Blanc which added the ambiance which is already 5 stars* Service was excellent - They went out of their way to make us comfortable.* Food was tasty -Place definitely made impression - hope it gets better with future visits

Unprofessional service for starters , the waiters look for customers who seem like they will tip the most and they attend them first.The service was slow even though the restaurant was practically empty.The food on its own was horrible , l had a burger it tasted like one from the streets , the rest of the table had pasta and no one enjoyed their meals .lts overpriced food was less than mediocre.
