Talk about the Woolies for dogs I have never been to such a pet store before. They had food trinkets clothing’s all sorts of housing for dogs and more....The animal collection was not so vast I guess they cater more for the other side of making animals comfortable then actually selling animals.The staff was friendly and nice very welcoming and answered all the questions.One stop for all animal goods.

This Pet Store is one of the best I know. The store feels like you are in a jungle when you walk in, great atmosphere and prices are also not too bad.

Good selection of cat food- which is why I went there... but the sales girl was not helpful or friendly. I wanted some advice on brands. I think it would be so much better to actually train people on the products they are selling instead of having customers wander around a huge shop feeling a little lost. Customers would like to make informed decisions.

Not a good place to support from getting in you get horrified the way they keep the pets and how little they know about them and their care. Also sell many products that are not good and safe for many pets

Exclusive and upmarket pet accessories and some livestock. Many name brands. Pricing reasonable for the area albeit slightly high.

Every time I have been there I get told I cannot get a loyalty card. Always an excuse. I have been going there since it opened and the service never improves. Will find somewhere else even if it means driving a distance.

Dont shop here. Poor little bunnies being kept in fish tanks with very little bedding and no where to hide. Same with the other little babies. Hamster, rats, all in the same position. Shocking that pet shops still sell live animals when there are so many shelters out there with unwanted animals. Shame on you

How shameful, selling live animals and keeping them in fish tanks? Wont set a foot in your shop until you stop selling animals. Are there not enough abandoned and abused animals out there that need to be rescued or rehomed?

Closed on Sunday when Google says theyre open till 5:00; then on Monday: Why you want our email address?!! - What for??!! So you mean PetMin!

I will never buy from a pet store that sells live animals, especially one that keeps its bunnies and rats/hamsters in glass fish tanks with no fresh or flowing air, disgusting.
