This is really an amazing petshop that sells almost everything and anything pet related from food to toys to beds and even wearables. The shop is well stocked and has a wide variety of items to choose from. The staff is very friendly and willing to assist making me feel welcome from the moment I entered the shop. Upstairs is dedicated to horse riding equipment and accessories, it was amazing to see👀. The cashiers are also quick and hands on so you dont wait in a long queue to pay for your goods. Bring your dog along for a browse to see which bowl or toy they like more as it is pet friendly and people love giving them attention in store.There is also a cafe by the entrance for a quick snack or amazing beverages hot/cold.I will definitely recommend Midfeeds.Thank you for the great experience! 🐶🐾

Absolutely love this place, go here every month or two. Def a place that you can count on. Staff isnt always friendly, but the prices are worth it! Def recommend if you have bunnies, dogs, cats, and all kinds of other animals.

Really impressed with the store. Knowledgeable staff that gave me the best advice with regards to feed etc. My alpacs love all of the feed that i bought, and they are normally picky eaters, so that is awesome. Such disappointing service. Placed an order and then saw that price for Dr Hahnz dogfood was better at PnP. Even BEFORE delivery. No offer from Midfeeds to cancel order/decrease price/voucher against next order. Simply an email to say they cant match PnP and to wait for the specials

I would like to give my thanks and gratitude to Bronwyn Reijnders again, for her excellent customer service. This year has been a really tough one for most of us, and despite that, and me being on another continent, 7 1/2 - 8 1/2 ahead of South Africa, Bronwyn has always answered my messages, received my proof of payment messages to her personal mobile number, sorted out my payments and orders, helped my groom with various items, and always done everything with a smile! No matter how stressful things may be behind the scenes. Once i even, by mistake, messaged on a South African holiday, and she still replied. When i ordered shavings, and had placed the order, and paid for it to be delivered the following week, and my groom let me know several days after the delivery date, that we still had no shavings, i messaged Bronwyn, and she made sure we had our delivery a day or 2 later. There was some slip up behind the scenes after she had completed my order. In other words, in my opinion, she sorted out someone elses mess, so that my Boys had shavings to sleep on, and i didnt complain on Midfeeds fb account, and stress about something i couldnt do anything about, being so far away. I have nothing but praise for Bronwyn, her work ethic, the care she puts into everything she does for her customers, and the manner in which she conducts herself, and represents Midfeeds. Ive said it before, but will say it again, Bronwyn is an asset to Midfeeds. Thank you Bronwyn! The 5 🌟s are for you!

This is where you find food for all livestock and pets. It is all there in abundance. They focus on horses but you will find food, medicine, snacks, hardware and almost anything including bedding and shampoos for your animals. You can but small to big bags of feeds. Wish there were more stores like that. It is a drive from my house so I go big every few months.

For the most part, and I mean 99% out the time it is a great experience shopping with them. I docked them 1% because if you want real help then you have to go to the tills as the staff with more customer service seem to congregate there. Other than that it is fantastic.

A place to visit when you are looking for stock feed, helpful staff

Every month I buy from #midfeeds I even have a buyers profile, for what Im not sure, but I do. I have seen this stores layout change, but for the most staff has stayed the same. In all the years that I have been going to this store not one if the staff members has made my shopping experience a pleasure. They do not take the time to ask me why I buy what I buy. Its merely another purchase. They do not care to remember me or ask me if I have a profile so they can address me by name. No. There is absolutely no future growth plan for customer satisfaction or growth. This morning my purchase was insignificant. The young lady that helped me has helped me many times before. I am not a happy customer, so I will no longer be your customer. I will travel down the road and buy from your opposition.
