I purchased a condenser tumble dryer from bosch it lasted 6 months then the belt snapped. They said they will repair the unit. It took 6 months to source the part and they refused to replaced the unit. I will never purchase any thing bosch again. Terrible service.

Terrible extremely terrible service. Ive been trying to get hold of the parts department since yesterday, the line keeps cutting off after they just dont answer their phone. My husband drove there. Operating hours say open till 17h00, he was there just after 16h00 and they were closed. Midrand is a far drive from Pretoria...
