Store is a bit cramped, but otherwise much better than the Mall of Africa branch. Good stock of items. Checkout can be a bit slow since only a few tellers seem to be kept open. Very helpful staff unlike at Mall of Africa.

Entering this Game location is like stepping back through time back to the 90s. Time here has truly stood still. The shelving and general store aesthetic has not changed much over the past couple of decades. In fact if you want to know just how far game has come, this will give you a pretty good idea.Besides the look and feel of the store, helpful and friendly service is something you shouldnt expect here. Trying to find any item by asking any of the staff members will be met with a shrug in the general direction of said item. Also make absolutely sure what you pick up is not open or broken as some item unfortunately are.At this Games current state, only come here if you absolutely need to, otherwise Game Mall of Africa a few more kilometres away will do just fine.

They say the close at 17 in the website, but they actually close at 16.mxm 😑

I bought a Sinotec TV at Game 2018 , and already it has been repaired twice and i took for the 3rd time now. Is it not fair that i get a new tv already? I called Sinotec Repair company in Midrand today to track the repairal progress and the TV its not yet there. Game is telling that its not yet booked. I personally took my TV to Game Boulders on Saturday the 18th July 2020 and apparently its still hanging around there I dont know for what reason, . SO WHATS THE DELAY FOR. I am frustrated already.

Love this place. It has everything for the housewife the husband, home maker to home upkeeper. A good variety of products for the DIY enthusiast to the professional. The prices are really affordable even in these trying times. Friendly, helpful staff with tight knowledge of the products theyre selling. Keep it up Game youve got game!

Poor customer service, I called from 9 until 10:29,my calls are not answered-they just hang up. If it was possible i was going to rate them 0 on the stars..

I was given hands sanitiser ànd my temperature was checked and shown to me by the security she acknowledged the correct temperature by telling me that it was fine and I can get into store

Terrible service from youlls store, we call in and ask for help and we are left hanging on the phones, and when they do answer they hang up

Unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. Went to buy a whirlpool washing machine only to be told it will take 2 weeks and longer to get stock. Yet they advertise the merchandise.Phoned the store the day before several times and nobody bother to answer the phone.So sad

Avarage Game shop. You will not find all products advertised. Shop assistant bit demotivated as well only managers on high spirit. I recommend Game mall of Africa which is closeby

Trading hours on Google maps and trading hours on the store door are not the same.Last weekend I googled Game stores in Midrand and Boulders Mall popped up. I asked around (since I hadnt been here before) where to find the Game store and was told that theyre closed and where I could find the store. It had mentioned that they close at 4PM (on maps), I get there at half 3 only to go to closed doors 🙂. If people in and around the area know the trading hours, why hasnt something been done to UPDATE this on Maps?? Clearly theres some lack of communication between the store and whoever is responsible for these platform updates.Just so you guys know, I drove all the way from Buccleuch because I know the branch in our area closes early!It would be helpful if theres correct information out here rather than to make people frustrated, and not to mention waste their time!

It is a nice shopping. I found some game i was looking for, but didnt find the accessories for my X-box 360 unfortunately. But u can find a variety of products.

Very Terible service. I bought a faulty HP 650 catridge and when i went to lodge the complaint they wanted me to go back home and bring my printer to test it because they do not have a system in place to test their inks. They just sell and hope for the best.

Stores currently seem to be low on stock, probably its the current pendamic issues. In most cases you have to drive around a few stores, few branches to get what you are looking for

Went to buy stationary well stocked,howeverWhen I got to check out +- 7 tellers at their station 1- 2- 3tellers we are closed use nextTeller , surprisingly at 09.00 this is their attitude you are at your station to help customers or not at all, seems this employees are there just for their salaries or or to PISS customers off.

I took items back to this branch for a refund after the item broke for a second time. Items was initially purchased at Mall of Africa. I was assisted by Modikiwa a very arrogant rude manager who1. Told me I can take the items back to the store I purchased it from.2. When I asked to speak to a manager she said to me very arrogantly I am the manager!!!!3. Raised her voice when speaking to me also asking me how I expect her to refund me if the goods are not in the packaging (my question was, who keeps the packaging for blinds)4. She walked away while I was speaking to her5. I had to go to the front desk for the lady to call someone else to assist me6. I was assisted by Letty who refunded me without any hassles.Im disgusted by the service I received from Modikiwa. I called customer care to lay a complaint. I still have not received ANY feedbackGame Boulders is a horrible store. Too many issues and staff with stinking attitudes working there!
