Food was good and utilised the special on offer. However, Im a little concerned when I had to pay R119 instead of the boldly advertised R115. I was made aware of the tiny sign that said R2 if you choose certain drinks. The person who is serving should be making us aware, in advance, that this is the policy.

This is a great Burger at an excellent price. The speedy service also was a great bonus!The crunchy Jalapeños at a wonderful layer of texture and pairs beautifully with the tangy mayonnaise.At R45.90 for the burger- it’s must try.I’ll rate this burger a 7/10I will be having it again!

This was my first actual visit to a Burger King Since it arrived in SA... , I have never had the urge to actually GO since well McDonalds have the veggie burgers. I am yet to try there Nancho cheese chips.The space was Clean , the staff was friendly and helpful, the kids found the King and Queen paper crowns now I know where they come from, the cold drinks where on tap and self service was so American inspired I loved pouring my own drink , the mayonnaise they give you with the Ketchup is the best I have ever tasted. Proper proper American sweet Mayo.The kids loved the food, toilets were lovely and clean. pleasant experience

Beautiful service, I was with my little sister (5yrs old) and she was carrying a handbag and her ice cream and I couldnt carry everything I ordered and the lady that took my order offered to help me hold the cold drink to the car ❤ and she did. Shes amazing, I dont even know her name but shout out to her 🌹.

On my visit their ordering system was down and thus the drive through was too. I was able to be served using a pen and paper, but it was a slow process. The food was still good.

Normally a happy customer... However the trading hours seem to jump around like a rabbit on speed... The website and Google both listed you as open till 10pm, however the branch was closed at 9. 4 other cars were there. No staff member explaining and not even a single paper sign stating the new hours.

Usually I am good with this BK branch, but I had never gone there in the morning. They were quite speedy with my order but the breed on my sandwich was stale. Other times they seem to be just fine.

Awesome place! But staff doesn’t know how to work with the QR scan virtual payment option which is really concerning.

Workers are too noisy, they need to work and keep the noise level down.

XL chilli cheese - the best!

What a dissapointment. Little to no sauce on my burger and wife asked for no lettuce and they decide to include soggy lettuce. Also almost NO sauce on her burger. Go to another BK rather.

Watch out for their card machine. It is very easy to be double billed and when I complained they took a week to not help me. Ridiculous that they didnt reverse or pick it up. Honestly boycotting BK and specifically this branch.

VERY FAST service is by far an understatement. Before the next person finished putting in their order my order was ready. Also very nice sitting tables with plugs to charge your phone. Never a parking problem. Great staff and very clean bathrooms.

Probably the most consistent burger King franchise in the area.

My chips were cold when I received them and obviously were prepared a while before I got them. The burger patty was also lukewarm. Otherwise the taste was great.

I am a big fan of Burger King and probably eat a little more BK than I should. But I have one issue with Burger King Kyalami, Please sort your soda machine out. I appreciate the opportunity for a re-fill. But I would prefer to have 1 great tasting cup of mountain dew, than 3 cups of Soda Water. Please sort out the lack of syrup. Seems to be only at Kyalami branch.

The reason I am rating this Burger King a 5 star is purely because one of the employees was very friendly! Usually I ask for a lot of extra mayo and never even get extra mayo from all the other Burger Kings but the gentlemen gave me 11 extra sachets with the two meals I ordered. However, the area is a little dodgy at night but other then that the service was fantastic and I was very satisfied. Thank you.

Burger King in Kyalami is like a bad behaving child. It seems the owners just left it to its own devices and dont care how the staff run it.This store needs a great manager and proper staff training.Service is slow, many food items not available and on occasion I have been served frozen wings.I have reported it to the Help line, but as I say it is a management problem...

Fast, efficient, food always meets expectations. Never had a problem here. If they are still preparing your food and ask you to park aside for two minutes, you usually park there for one. Staff are always friendly.

It was great when it opened up but now its just like any other fast food joint. Hope the other gets done properly and the food is fresh.Still have to say that when the chicken fries are fresh its really really good.

Best fries from a BK yet. Fast service, excellent food. Sorry I had to edit this review, had 3 orders in a row wrong today.. ordered 3 large chips got 2 small and a missing 3rd order of chips. Ordered 4 x 2 for R55 specials 7 chicken and a beef got 8 chicken. Kiddies meal was incomplete. Very unhappy.

They get 1 star because I am unable to select zero. Im sitting at McDonalds Kyalami as I type this because I left 5mins ago following the staffs disinterest in serving us. There was no one manning the till despite there only being 1 person in the shop.What a huge disappointment. Not going to beg BK to take my money. Needless to say, that was my last visit.

Not a good experience of drive thru, I have being waiting 30minutes on side parking waiting for my order.... Other cars that were behind me passing, very bad service.... Asked drink without ice and got drink filled with ice half way.... Very disappointed shame....Atleast got my drinks refilled to make up for the error, thank you to the gentlemen that refilled my drinks....

Burger King is affordable, tasty and full of nostalgia. Burger meals for R30-40. Quaint little tables. Aimed at smaller groups with tables no bigger than for 6 people. Water in soda dispenser is terrible though.

3 Visits to the drive-through, 3 awful experiences. Staff are unfriendly, waited at least 20 minutes each time for simple orders with no explanation or apology for the delay. Burgers are good, but the chips were not fresh and tasted like theyd been cooked at least twice. Pathetic considering the number of alternative fast food options in the immediate vicinity.

The food is good as excepted! My favourite fast food burger joint. However the service is extremely slow!!! I waited over 30 mins for the whooper 55 special.
