No delivery or response since April 2020 - I had to ask bank to refund me !!! No such company at given address!!! :-(

After many months, numerous phone calls and emails with no response I have still not received my order. This is a fraudulent company selling and delivering small items to catch clients that spend more. I dont understand how they are still allowed to do business. Do not buy anything from them!! Legal action against them should be started asap. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Dont ever buy anything from them! They are the biggest scam! I ordered a headset from them on 31May and Im still waiting for it. Plus they never replied back to my emails.

Concider seriously before you order from Fredmuk, we are waiting for more than 2 months and we dont get positive reply from them. Be aware!!!

I placed an order in May 2020, have not yet received my parcel. They are ignoring my emails, no communication or refund for no delivery. My order was nearly R1000. Shocking service or NO service. I will NEVER recommend anybody doing business with them EVER. They dont even deserve any star!

Beware of this company. They are not based in South Africa and the contact details in South Africa are all bogus. They do not communicate about deliveries. They only part delivered my order and I now have no way of contacting them to get a refund for the balance. I have lodged a complaint with Payfast - the payment platform they use and I suggest everyone who has experienced these issues should too. They are extremely unreliable, some even say scam.

A bit late, but my ordered item before Christmas did arrive this week and is the correct item ordered.

They have closed down their website. What can we do? I have lost more than R 1000.
