I have mixed emotions when it comes to Mr Price Mall of Africa. 😏😑Lets start with the good.They sell BEAUTIFUL clothes at a very affordable price. I bought a gym back on a discounted price and it was the last one. 😍😍💖 The lady that was working in this section almost by the front door was quite sweet to me, she helped me with gym bag since it was on a high shelf ( placed as a presentation)But one of the staff members by fitting rooms, was quite rude to me😕 maybe she was having a bad but because I am a calm person. I did not retaliate. Its okay. 😊I love how they have departments for both men, women and children. 😊💞Its a beautiful store dont get me wrong but I really do not appreciate how some items are left on the floor and not just one but quite a few.I understand that us customers are wrong for leaving items on the floor and you get young children grabbing onto things leaving on them floor but it would great for the store to look into such.... when I was looking for a earpods, some boxes of ringlights were open. 🥴🥴 I dont know if its for customers to see whats inside but I dont like how some boxes with items inside are randomly open.It would be great to have a display section to show whats on the inside of a box - but seeing boxes open would make others feel like you are trying to steal or opened something without paying for it. 👀👀 I do not know.

The staff was friendly and willing to assist. The store wasnt busy, the queues werent long. I scanned to pay which was efficient and quick. Highly recommended.

Good shopping experience however horrible door access. You have to walk around 1 side to enter and the other side to exit, which does not make sense at all and its frustrating

Great place to find all the bedding you want and anything you need for your home.

1 From Security guides at the door very rude. On the 2/8/2021 was at the shop around 17H45 I entered the shop, greeted the security guide and he just plain ignored me and I thought he did not hear me and I told him that I was greeting he still ignored me.2 Went inside the shop, needed some help on the floor, no one at the floor to assist customers.3 Proceeded to the till to pay after getting whatever I needed, the cashiers were busy screaming at each other, the other one telling the other how much they are in trouble and how management is disrespectful (infrastructure of customers)This shop is very unpleasent to shop at. The staff is rude, no customer service, merchandising is bad.

Very much affordable with different styles...never disappoint

On Saturday l went shopping for a jacket for my daughter a d decided to get into Mr price mall of Africa, upon entering the security guard ignored me , given that the protocol is to sanitise, having entered he then shouts at me why I entered the shop without sanitizing, upon explaining myself that I tried to approach, he went on and on saying lm there to infect them, l asked for a manager and l was denied access. The guys name tag was written Masangwane. Really disappointed that Mr Price has such rude people in its employ. Mr Masangwane is no fit for the company image. He was standing on the entrance next to telkom, if Mr price cares about its customers, manager please give me a call . In so far guys you want a poor treatment as customer and yet you spending your money, go to Mr Price mall of Africa when Masangwane is on duty.

Security is rude. This why I don’t shop at MRP XD

Please take away the stupid one entry and one exit system and then I have to walk 2km to exit and have 2 security guards that can both sanitize hands.

The Laybye service is really bad, bought my daughter clothes there last month and saw a few cute items for my son and put them on laybye with the intent of fully paying for them this month, I have been getting sms reminders for payment but when I got to the store to pay off my laybye I had to wait a good 30-40 mins for them to look for it, only to be told they cant find it! What usually takes pep and Ackermans less than 10 mins took you guys a good 30 mins +.... Im really disappointed with the service really.

Very big and fully packed with stock shop. This is where you can actually save your money on stylish clothing. There are usually sales here with great clothes. The staff is so helpful and they always pack their stock nicely throughout the day. Long qs but speedy service.

Visited MRP Mall of Africa on Sunday with my husband where he was harassed by a group of men who had been drinking hard liquor in store along with a few staff members. Not one person including security attempted to assist or tell the men to leave, until i eventually managed to find the store manager. It is absolutely unacceptable that these men were even allowed into the store and that no one offered any assistance even after the situation escalated.

I always have a blast at MRP. The assistants are helpful and my absolute fav part is the check out point...always have the best convos with the cashiers.

It accommodates both man and women also children of both genders, what i like about it its that it always introduces new fashion and it is also big, the stuff is polite and also their fitting rooms are Clean BUT some stuff members are so racist they practice black on black discrimination, they undermine an ordinary black person sometimes the security guards let white people pass free with bags but they are always ready to search a black man sometimes they gon tell a black person that the fitting rooms are full but as soon as a white person comes they give em fitting tokens without any doubt 😠👎🏾

Ncumisa is the worst Sales Assistant ever! Im not sure if she was having a bad day or if that is just the way she treats her customers. I greeted her with a big smile, and received a half-hearted response. I then proceeded to inform her that one of the items I was intending on buying did not have a tag on it to which she responded and said she would find one. I informed her that i would go fetch another item i wanted to buy while she looked for the tag (this process took me 2 minutes) however i returned and found my items lying on the side of the till while she was assisting somebody else. I was gone for 2 minutes! Literally 2 minutes!

Big store with 2 floors... Get too hectic I wouldnt suggest you walk in when packed, they pit pocketed my friends phone there during a hectic Saturday afternoon

What a star Naledi is! There was a product I saw online at MrP and could not find it anywhere. Before I drove to Mall of Africa I called and Naledi assisted Mr fantastically. The product i wanted unfortunately was the only piece and damaged but she went the extra mile to call Menlyn mall and asked them to hold what I wanted. What great 5 star service.
