The online store is amazing. Prices are very affordable and collection is seamless. Just wish they kept some stock of the fast movers for walk-ins and upsell. Thats such a huge opportunity being missed.

I purchased items on their website on 14 Feb 2021 and am still waiting for delivery. Delivery was supposed to take 20 working days, one month. Items are 3 months late. It seems that PC Link Computers do not want to honour the price that the items were sold to me. I was offered a refund which I declined as I want and need the items I ordered. In July 2021 they told me that a refund is my only option as they will not supply the goods. It is now September 2021 and I have not received the goods or my refund. They do not answer their phones and do not reply to my emails.Beware! Do not do business with this company! pclinkshop.com and pclinkshop.co.za are the same company

If it was possible i would rate this company with ZERO Stars. Absolutely SHOCKING service. It feels like nobody actually works here. Nobody responds to emails or bothers to give any status updates. Even the old support ticket system has been abandoned, in favour of the new no-support system.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I placed an order in March, almost 6 months later I still havent received my order. You cannot call them, they only accept emails. Initially they blamed to supplier and now they just dont respond to my emails anymore. I have requested a refund but nothing has come of that either. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! This is one of my worst experiences in a very long time. The worst for me is the misleadung time-lines and very poor feedback. There are no working telephone numbers to follow up on your order, high delays on email responses, and when you visit the store in Midrand directly you get de-motivated staff with responses like I dont know where is your order or I only work here....This business is not being run professionally or effectively... if you dont mind absolutely terrifying service, communication and loosing time & money, this is the right supplier for you.

When purchasing the goods the website stated that goods will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days. It is now 10 days later and the goods have not been delivered. I contacted support more than once only to receive a reference number. I also called the available telephone number only to be told to contact support via email. The Failure of PC Link to deliver on their promise is now costing me time, effort and money because I have to source the same product from somewhere else

I made an order about a week and a half ago. I already paid and the order status says PAID. I waited a week only for them to tell me that a walk-in customer came in and bought my product. Im speechless. Other than that, they dont reply to emails, they dont follow up on orders like in my case. And yes, im still waiting for them to reply.

I went to Musted business park in Midrand after ordering online. I thought it might have been a scam an that they didnt exist. But they do exist and they are facing a lot of operational issues. If you want to order, make sure to use co.za sight.
