I took my laptop in to be fixed had to wait two days its not promised that they can fix it while you wait got my laptop back to find out that my touch pad is not working they werent sure if they tampered with it or myself and they insured me they will try and fix it while they look for the part and get back to me its been 3 month and they still havent fixed the touch pad.

I took the laptop to their offices and within 2 hours the laptop was sorted with the new screen at an extremely affordable price point.
