The Team are quick to respond on the site - helped cancel a problematic order of mine - assisted me with some answers on Liquid Cooling, and about 2-3 days from ordering it, that I got my new system. Earlier this year my wireless corsair headset broke that I purchased here within the warranty period. I emailed the support team who informed me that they cant deal with replacements themselves. After explaining that this was a known issue and that corsair covered this specific fault Rebeltech only said that they would ask the supplier. After that I waited some time and followed up with them saying to just wait. About 2 weeks later with no response I decided that I would have to go find them myself. In the end I never received any information from Rebeltech support and had to pay R800 to ship the faulty unit to the USA for a replacement. In contrast when I my display broke within the warranty period Wootware said also that I would have to go through the company myself, but gave me the personal contact information of a representative and told me to come ask for additional help if I had any problems with the process. I will never again buy from rebeltech and always advise people to rather buy from wootware.

Rebeltech have good prices, but they are not willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Took me 54 days to get an Asus GeForce 1080 strix card swapped out, after Asus SA ensured me that Rebeltech have the option to offer me a discount on a new card. I had to wait for a refurbished unit even though there was no stock. Poor after sales service.

Ordered a router, then got told that I can pick it up, when arriving (after I drove from PTA) ghey told me the owner is not there - traveling, as such he cannot confirm payment... even though prove of payment was available
