The service ain’t that great. Went in and asked for shoes sizes and the response wasn’t pleasing at all. Told them I’ll be back as they were in their moods. Came back at 19:50 as they said they close at 8pm and the doors were closed, knocked and they intentionally looked on the sides. After about a minute or so, my wife open the door and asked what time they close and the said , “we’re closed” and they continued with their daily check-in.Had to swiftly walk away as they looked me by the corner of their eyes. Business owners are in trouble especially in these tough times with such service.

Terrible service. I wanted to exchange a shoe for a bigger size and they ordered one for me from another store. They called me after a few days to say I can come collect my shoe. When I got there, the shoe was sold to another customer. Never been so dissapointed.

Its generally a good experience when shopping at this store. The staff try to hell where possible. Do request a gift receipt if you purchase a gift as it will be easy to exchange. The downside was that they do not add on belt holes which the Sandton branch offers for free.

Service is exceptional

I would give the store -1 for the way they treat their customers.. Doors were shut before closing time. The guard and store staff just stared at me and didnt bother to come to the store. I will definitely not be supporting a store that has pathetic staff who dont value their customers.
