I guess my issue here is that the store is not wheelchair or trolley friendly for shoppers who would want to buy upstairs and downstairs. Unless l didnt notice a lift in some corner of the store.Unlike Mr Price, you cant go downstairs with your trolley or on a wheelchair. You need to exist the store go to an a lift and then come back into the store on a different level. If there is a lift in the store then the store manager need to clearly label it.The clothes are nice, great variety though the time l was there, boys clothes were very limited.

As I love Cotton On in general I gave them 5 stars initially but had to review my option. I was there again on the 10th of April 2021 and Im disgusted at the service I got from one of the sales guy. I needed help with finding a tshirt for my husband and when I kindly requested for his help, the boy just ignored me and was dancing to music that was loudly playing in the shop - when he saw that I was persistent and getting annoyed he harshly pointed me to the far end of the store then quickly left.

Its expensive thou, its about time those t-shirts go for R150 we are unemployed 😭🙏🏾

Horrible customer experience. I was waiting in line to pay during my lunch break today when one of the shop assistants went behind the counter and looked at me. Normally, that means that I may approach them to pay. The lady rudely told me that she didnt call for me and was not assisting me and that I should go stand back in line and wait to be helped. This shop assistant then proceeded to go to one of the mirrors and fix her makeup. Absolutely refusing to help me. She stood by the mirror fixing her hair and makeup until I finally left the shop. I didnt catch her name but she had green hair.Honestly a horrible customer experience.

Most things I wanted where gone but I enjoyed the service Im always happy to go there

Two floors of shopping offered, very spacious and clean the fitting rooms are spacious. They provide quality clothing but the prices on some clothing items are overly priced. They provide nice sleep wear and underwear selection plus your swimwear and cool accessories. The shoes are always overpriced unnecessarily so and they ended up doing sales when people hardly have money to spend.

Trying to call them is like trying to phone home affairs... it just rings and no one picks up!

Its a really cool place and pretty hype and the workers are really nice towards the customers and the prices are really affordable they sell really nice quality merchandise and believe me when I say I will never regret ever buying some merch from Cotton On its pretty good stuff that they sell.

Always have a great experience shopping at this place.
