Poor customer service.... I got there looking for a phone and there were people working next to the phones display, so I told one of the cashiers(Esther) to assist me or alternatively give me a pamflet n all she cared to do was to send me back saying IL come back when they are done. Or tomorrow..... Without any suggestions of what I can do she called another customer when I was still standing there.....i asked to speak to a manager and a lady working in store called tswarelo cared to assist.....I dnt know If the way to b assisted is through asking for a manager 🤔 coz Im a customer n she cant be turning me back as a person who is bringing money in the shop
