Clueless staff, made me and my elderly father drive all the way from Pretoria during the pandemic to collect a product that they didnt even have after he called them thrice to confirm. We were then told it will be delivered the next day to our house, only to receive a call the next morning telling us that this product doesnt exist in store. And tried to make us purchase a more expensive model. Honestly, take your chances on gumtree.

Its very rare to walk into a cellphone shop and see beautiful big smiles, especially with my experience of shopping around MOA. I walked in Cellucity to buy a sim card and I ended up with walking out with a data contract. Lebo is well informed and knew her products and had all answers, to my surprise she is the store manager, how many times do you get to be helped by the manager? Unless if its a query. I love its layout

Cellucity mall of Africa is completely and utterly horrendous when it comes to service. Its clear the stuff there have zero training in customer service and lack any respect for the clients they claim to serve. Time management skills are practically non-existent, due to that fact that one person will be helped for almost an hour while the rest will languish in the queue without having any of the other stuff members come to the queue to ask what you need since u might need to ask one simple question like it was the case with me. Horrible, this place isnt worth your time. You better off at cell c or Vodacom.

I have purchased 2 iPhone cables with a 5 year and 10 year warranty. Both cables have stopped working. I have brought it to the store the sales person Solly Nukuna tells me that I have to return it by freight to the distributor. There after sales and customer service are pathetic. The manager is never in store to deal with the issues and staff can not do anything without the authorisation of the manger. Frustrated client
