Service is terrible and very slow . Cashier is very slow. The sales consultants just sit and watch customers you have to approach them in order for them to act . One of the male consultants was busy taking photos of groceries. The others where on personal calls the entire duration of my shopping . Very unhelpful . I advice you to not go there

Bought and paid for 2 expensive items. Payment by credit card on 14 July. Delivery didnt occur on 19th as promised. 10 calls later over 2 days and no one can provide info. Ridiculous excuses like payment wasnt made when I have proof of payment. No one gets back to me despite promises. Managers dont answer their phones. Absolutely appalling service

To order and pay it was very fast. But collection takes a very time. I bought 5 of the same tap filters only. Seem like they are short staffed, also the staff at collection not so help as the ordering side

Its okay, called ahead asked if there is stock on what I needed, cool got told yes, drove from Alberton... Got there did the quote paid then told told no there isnt stock they made a mistake, thats not even the worst they wanted to charge me handling fee for there error then they did a swipe reversal.. Monday has hasnt reserved back yet they said 4 to 5 working days. Must be nice to be them

What poor customer service. I did not get his name, but Cliff was mentioned on the phone a lot while I was waiting. I was looking for 63mm 45deg equal junction, and he told me they dont do this. When I explained it was a product on the website, he then said I must find it and show him. Which I did on phone. Then he proceeded to follow up on some order for 3G, and just left me standing at the counter. I asked if I could order 5 units, but just got a sullen look, at which I left the trade counter. Ill try to order online, but definitely wont go back to this store.
