Best place for all construction materials under one roof. I was impressed on their delivery and quick response to resolving problems. Sales team is so efficient and dedicated to their work. Delivery guys so friendly and lastly but not least their prices were lower than 3 competitors in the area.

I was told the tiles would arrive in one day, in hindsight that shouldve been a red flag. I paid for the tiles in full only to arrive at the store, 5 days later than the original promise date, to find out that the tiles are more expensive than they originally quoted me on. I had to pay in the extra even though this should be for them to manage as they misquoted. Once you want to physically take collection of the tiles you need to walk around aimlessly until you stumble upon someone who vaguely knows who can help you. I am happy my transaction with PHI is done and I look forward to never using their service again.

Been waiting for over 4 weeks for tiles. No feedback. You have to contact them the entire time. Excuse after excuse. Happy to take your money and not deliver the right stock. Not a professional setup... avoid.
