Was assisted by Karabo and was not very friendly, she had this stink face on all the time during the interaction, but we were being polite regardless. We pointed out a few tiles we were interested in and only wanted to know if they had stock since we didnt see it behind the display tiles we liked. However she kept on pressing us to buy it right there and then when we already explained that we just wanted to know about stock availability and are still trying to decide (we took a sample to see which wall and floor tiles works together), since we didnt buy when she asked us to buy she left (must have lost patience in that short interaction, we can only assume that we were a waste of time). We decided that we going to another ctm store rather and buy there instead. Choosing tiles is a tedious process and its already frustrating looking for it, but another thing to deal with people that is really impolite.

Service is great at the store. Sales assistant was fantastic and very attentive. Bought a shower cubicle - Paid with debit card. R3900.00Product returned for credit - incorrect size. Store couldnt assist with the correct size required. Have to have it custom built. I was told to wait 7-14days for refund????Is this normal? Why is this OK and deemed acceptable by the store. I can understand the process and if credit needs to be done via HQ then surely 48hrs is sufficient. AM i being unreasonable??? Why is it ok to demand cash on purchase and then not return the same respect for a credit.CTM - PLEASE CHANGE YOUR PROCEDURES BECAUSE THIS DOESNT SIT WELL WITH ME.

I called this morning enquiring about flow silver tile spoke to Amanda she confirmed availability and when I arrived at ctm Waterfall Amanda remembered me and helped me to pay and I went to check mosaics when another gentleman asked if I needed help when I told him that I just needed to pick up my purchase and he showed me the 3 boxes which were already awaiting to be loaded,I was well served thanks to the staff

Excellent place for getting tiles and fittings. I was particularly pleased by the high quality locally made Tera Cota tiles that we bought here.

I had a mix up today and was given the incorrect tiles, I phoned and the manager undertook to have the correct tiles delivered and the incorrect tiles collected. Within an hour or 2 everything was sorted out! I just hope the poor trainee who made the error isnt severely punished. Anyway, thanks for making good on the promise. I will be back!!!!!

Terrible Service, ordered cladding for our apartment on 24th Jan, furnished us with a slip and an order number promising everything will be arriving on Tuesday and that they would phone us upon the arrival of the material. They never phoned. On the Friday we called and asked for an update where a gentleman responded that they had received our stock on the day and subsequently sold it to another customer. Seriously....They promised that more units would arrive on Saturday which did not materialize.I am not sure what kind of circus CTM Midrand is running but your client service is 0.We will be taking our business elsewhere, regardless of pricing and gladly support the competition.This is what happens when you corner a market, become complacent.WP CTM!

Shoddy service and terribly understocked, which is fine, but dont let me spend an hour picking items only to find out that half of it is out of stock, put a sticker or something and stop wasting my time. This store used to be pretty good, but somewhere along the line things went a bit off.

I have never in my life been frustrated as much as I have been with CTM waterfall. on the 11/03/2021 I paid for tiles to be transported to Zimbabwe to my parents house and I was told that delivery would take 7 to 14 working days and not 26 days later Im just being given excuse after excuse of why the tiles havent been delivered.Is there anyone who can help.

Decent service from Sizwe. I had a few requests and he saw to my needs. Suggested a few options to keep withing my price range as well.Stock shortage on a few items, ie only a few sqs available if I needed something specific. But all in all satisfied with their service.

Service is atrocious, I went to the store twice it took half an hour before any sales people could attend to me. They do not have stock of most items. My quote was incorrect. All sales people seem to be very busy but not with customers. Management presence is non existent and competency levels are questionable.

Fast service

Service is terrible. They are inefficient. Why must I pay to get tiles from another ctm store when this one that is closest to me doesnt have stock? Thats poor planning on Ctm side. No customer service. As a building contractor, you would think they would value the busines. Never mind better tiles and service at other tile stores.

Great prices and products. Really helpful staff. Very convenient and efficient purchasing and delivery process. Refunds and exchanges painless. Ive used this place a couple of times now, and can totally recommend it. The staff know what they are doing, and are incredibly customer-centric.

Really feel like you are asking a huge favour for someone to assist and then half the items on display arent in stock and theres no labels to that effect. Really unpleasant experience.

Reasonable and efficient, wide variety of tiles and bathroom equipment.

Do not support CTM to purchase a tile cutter.The team will advise you to purchase a Steinmetz tile cutter for around R4500, a while later when you require a new blade they cant assist as they dont sell the brand anymore. they offer no support and management in not interested.

Large store with a wide range. Open on weekends which is great. Also has a cool and convenient coffee shop indoors. Staff are average, nothing special. Fairly new store so the building and facilities are very good.

The service experience was good. Overall, I didnt make a purchase as the online products looked very different in person. This is quite misleading. CTM should improve their only marketing by having more accurate photos online.The difference between online perception of the advertised product and the actual product is vast. In particular, the Kilimanjaro range.

Bought an expensive item only to find its damaged in the box. No replacement stock in the shop so now we have to wait for the shop to find and deliver a replacement item. After two days went back to the shop, they forgot to deliver. Just poor all round.

Beware of the undisclosed delivery fee. On an R37000 order, they wanted to charge an extra R2500 to deliver it less than 5km down the road.

Wide range to select but the staff are really not helpful. I had to disturb one of the staff just to get some service. Once I chose what I wanted, they checked and there was none of what I wanted in stock. Instead they insisted I took something similar only to get home to see that it wasnt what I wanted. Really dissatisfied with this store.
