The welcoming towel elephant was super cute and I was satisfied with the room quality though, Ive got to say your service was unpleasant for real.We were on a package tour and had to stay here for one night. Right after arriving, during the dinner, I could see the staffs were not friendly with no smile on and some not greeting us as if they didnt notice we were here. Then I happened to see they were treating Western customers apparently differently with a smile, small talk and gentle manner. Well, lets say it was okay and not a big deal, probably a coincidence, moving on.The most terrible part starts here. The next morning, my family was having a breakfast in the restaurant. Mom was wandering looking for a coffee pot, one tall male staff approached and asked her what she wanted. She said copee since her English is not good. The guy asked her back, you want coffee or copee?, laughing and shaking his head, just passed her. I witnessed this right in front of myself and couldnt believe it, straight talked to him what was so funny. It looked like he realized he made a mistake, saying sorry and took care of our table later on, but until now I still get to recall that moment and decided to write the review.I understand many of you may not get well-educated though, if you are working professionally getting paid as serving customers who are paying for your service, which they expect is great(at least not INSULTING), you guys should improve yourselves for sure. Learn how to be respectful. PS, your English accent was NEVER beautiful either.
