Great place to chill with friends or family, delicious food. I do suggest arriving early so you can secure a table. They dont really do bookings. It gets really crowded, be mindful if youre going there alone.The drinks are somewhat expensive but a cider is R20 before 4pm.Overall it is recommended.

We made a reservation for a baby shower then we arrived at exactly 12pm to do the decor. A waitress showed us where we should set up. Then @2pm we are all of a sudden told that we were given the wrong place to set up as that table was meant for other people. We told the waiter to get the manager for us and when that lady came she didnt even say anything to us but advised certain waitresses to remove our decor and place it somewhere else. We have never been so embarrassed or humiliated, what made it so worse is that this disgusting behavior was from a so called manager.. Please ensure that your managers get management training because wow🚮🚮🚮

For the first time ever in my life Id had to endure public humiliation from this place of all places. What was meant to be a special moment for my sister was turned into a circus. The service was poor not only from the waiter but management as well, we were made to feel less of human beings and had to endure this humiliation caused by their own disorganization and lack of customer service or favoritism there of. The worst decision Ive made was to entrust the establishment and actualy believe they have standard. 😢

The place its a beutiful place but the service is poor, we got there around 3pm all the from soweto, waiters were short stuffed, just to place an order for a drink ws a lot. The cherry on top is tht we got our orders late at 6pm and the quality I literally got upset small potions for an d meat ws still raw and chewy ohh my God

Exceptional design and environment is great. Clean and tidy. Properly sited. Great value for Buck. Have to say impressed due to location.

The only good thing about this place was that the owner had the forethought to hire a good interior decorator. But from the moment you walk in the service is subpar with noone to usher you to your table and an expansive menu of which majority of the items are out of stock or not sold anymore. The food was appalling with 3 out of the 4 of us having to return our undercooked or simply rancid meals. The senior manager refused to comp the meal that came back undercooked for a 2nd time threatening to hold us hostage or simply sic the bouncers on us if we tried to leave with out paying par it. Youre liable for it because you took a bite. said the man that said chicken and beef are all the same, I would bet my right hand that that man has never seen the inside of a culinary school, in fact that thick headed potato would fail to pour water out of a boot if the instructions were written on the heel. If you wana have the same experience, save yourself the trip and rather ask a strange man to come spit in your face.

The lounge is beautiful and looks inviting until you sit down to order. The problems began after I started to order, the drinks were not what I expected, which they corrected after request. The food came and the dumpling was as crispy as crackers (instead of moist and soft), then I asked for pap which they didnt have, then I got samp. The samp and chips cost a bit more which I had to pay as if the dumpling saga was my fault. By that time my appetite was out the window. I was supposed to come back with my colleagues for a celebration and I would not want to disappoint them, luckily I came to check out the place and saved myself an embarrassment. I hope the quality of the food and service changes.

The place is very nice, we went there as a company to enjoy the first weekend of summer, the food quality is great but the pricing is far off because the food quantity is very low, R144 for just 1 piece of Oxtail, R67 for 3 chicken wings this not right especially when the booze is also very pricey, they dont sell platters which is not a great thing for a place where these people who come as a group.
