The closest garage between Carswald and sanrigde. Its also conveniently located on new road for those fill up and go though it gets very busy during month ends.

The petrol attendant failed to close the water lid and when i told them about it, they just said to me to come and view the footage... I had to buy a new lid.... worse, this Is the 2nd time this happens here... what if my Engen got damaged? I am definately changing garages with immediate effect....Not happy at all with the response I got from the garage management.

I was at this Shell Garage this morning ( 03June 2021 6:30 am). Worst service at the convenient section where they sell pies. I paid for a pie and walked out without it- I gave up and told them they can keep it. The service of the 2 ladies was incredibly rude and disgusting. The 2 ladies who were serving me burst out laughing as I was upset and leaving the store. So I got there and asked the lady for the special combo (pie, oreo and coca cola) I specifically asked for steak and kidney, she said I need to pay first at the till, I explained I was buying the combo, she gave me a paper to go pay with and instructed me to fetch the oreo and coca cola and pay for all 3, after paying I returned to collect the pie, she said no steak and kidney does nt come with this deal, went on to state the flavours that come with the deal ( its not so nice flavours that I dont eat, one has cheese one has eggs) So I asked her why did nt she give me this info before paying as it is not written anywhere, and she knew I was paying for a combo cause I told her, she rudely said I thought you were buying a combo plus this steak and kidney pie- basically she says she thought I was buying 2 pies, ironically she gave me a paper to go pay for 1 pie. She said if you dont want it sisi go fetch your money at the till then, go ask for refund here is your slip. No accountability for her error, was rude and dismissive. I walked away cause I could nt deal and told her its fine she can keep the pie, she and her colleague burst out laughing. . It does not help that I cannot lodge a formal complain as Shell New garage has no email address on the website for customer complaints.

F**king rude staff at this garage.Tonight the garage was completely out of order. One of the employees is leaning against one of the stations and screaming at the customers driving in that it is out of order. What a disgusting attitude. From multiple experiences, not a good place to go to grab something light to eat. Staff are slow, and battle to get the order right. On 2 consecutive occasions I had to pay twice as the staff had only rung up half of the order.
