The place is so huge, and not well numbered. The blocks dont flow in sequence. The floors are uneven, so when it rains, alot of water puddles. This place should of also had lifts. Carrying groceries to the top floor is such a mission & God forbid if someone elderly lives here. A bit disappointing for a Balwin property.

A very nice place to stay in. Visited this place couple of times and every time I visit I overstay. Plus I enjoy the balcony view at the top floor

Come here to visit a friend , security features tops,love the friendly service I received from the Securities polite, caring and funny while doing their jobs with a smile.

Really poor experience living here. Nearly impossible to show signs of life without security banging on your door and getting a fine. I even cancelled my lease early with financial penalties just to get some peace of mind. Maybe the complex should be advertised as a retirement village

This place is amazing. Lovely apartment with the modern update features, theres a gym, pool and restaurant within the facility. Absolutely neat and well kept.

The place is nice but its big and hard to find the right apartment. The security gate can also use a different process since its so busy

Hard to navigate your way around if youre a first time visitor but this is a beautiful complex. It has a lot of units (98 blocks if my memory serves me well) but I was taken away by all the commodities in the complex. A gym, restaurant and an Olympic swimming pool (Im exaggerating but its nice and big). Definitely would love to live here with my family.

Been living here for 2 weeks now and I havent had a single problem. Their staff are friendly and the facilities are excellent. What I love most about it is the fact that they have a fully kitted out gym for all those fitness freaks. The place is extremely secure which is what you should value most in todays South Africa. Overall the place has been a treat.

The William is a quiet well secure complex, with excellent security and friendly reliable staff.

Would not recommend. We were there for all of 30 minutes, and high tailed out of there.

A friend of mine lives here. Place is well managed, clean, covered parking for residents. Parking is also available for visitors. Cant ask for me.

The William is a nice and clean environment. Has its own restaurant and gym, giving the locals easy access to food and exercise equipment. Also has its own swimming pool and small garden area for relaxing. Most of the units offer enough space and also have a small balcony.

Great looking complex. Even seems like great bunch of owners and tenants. Visitor Access can be an issue when they cannot get hold of person being visited as it can lead to a long queue of cars waiting to get access. Amenities/facilities on site are great and well maintained.

I can say this complex is very good for cleaness and units are spacious ,baath room sets are very good quality,lots of parking,units are little expensive but quality is good, In the gate security peoples are professional and well behaved.

Good start up apartments if you like living in a large community with rows and rows of apartment blocks. Offers gym, pool and restaurant facilities. Best feature is the security which is pretty much air tight.

This place is just GOALS!! The apartments are amazing, security is effortless even for the visitors, you do not stand for 5 hours in a line. They only need your license or ID and you’re set to go.The apartment I stayed in with my friend is beyond cost with a beautiful back yard.

Security at this complex is tight. The apartment blocks are confusing if you dont live there but the residents I met were so nice, even made a new friend! The apartments themselves are well built and look very modern.

Top class security and the best amenities I have seen at a Townhouse complex. Units are very modern and nicely done. Clubhouse packed with activities including a well known Italian restaurant that delivers food to the units!

Its peaceful, has a club house where you can do a verity of things including gym and cenima for free. Its got swimming pool, a park where families could hang out, restaurant with good food at reasonable prices. And mostly friendly people except for the gym where one of the attendant is really unfriendly

Lovely designs, but sometimes poor quality products used in the homes. A big community with good security systems, a clubhouse with wifi, gym, squash courts, boardroom, vending machines, table tennis tables, and a swimming pool. A lovely dam to braai or picnic and great trails around the buildings to run and do obstacle type workouts. Houses have shaded parking spaces and a pleasant place to be in a diverse community.

Well managed lifestyle complex. Security at entrance can be a bit rude. Delivering up 4 flight of stairs can be a problem as there are no lifts.
