Second killing of a resident in 3yrs. First killing was by thugs, this time a resident has been killed by one of the complex gardeners (I must say that those gardeners is undocumented foreigners who are so unfriendly and looks dodgy, they walk around passing people without greeting or look down when you look at them).NOT SAFE at all, with all the killings, theft of items in garages and washing lanes, you can possibly get robbed walking inside the complex...I literally wait outside if my wife comes home late just to make sure she’s safe from the parking to the house.Very poor security, the management has also successfully managed to run the complex to the ground, they don’t do maintenance - kids play area broken, pool water turned green, washing lanes broken, light bulbs are not replaced, there’s so many broken cars as if is a dump place place for broken cars.If you see something broken, don’t even waste your precious breath reporting it as it’ll take 6 months to be attended, I once reported an open paving and hole that was left opened by contractors and it was hazardous if a child could fall there, they took almost a year to close it.

Noisy & neighbours are inconsiderate and play music at odd hours almost every day. Not ideal if you like peace and quiet as children running and screaming every afternoon.Flat 92 has an issue with a broken geyser (from the flat below) which is in the roof of no 92. It has leaked into the bathroom ceiling. It is still not fixed. As well as an issue with the stove as 2 of the plates trip the electricity in the flat when turned on. The landlord is pretty bad at managing vital issues - i would think twice before renting this unit as well as any other top floor unit in this complex due to the poor infrastructure. There are also no air vents.

Very bad complex. Poor security, ur things can get stolen at broad day light. Break ins in the middle of the night. Loud music throughout the night until the morning.

Very secure and mantained flats. Lots of space for children to play. Generally quite and accessible by Gautrain bus.
