This is definitely a bus for the owners to collect easy money and pocket out the residents. They offer you everything so you feel comfortable and stay while in fact even after 10 and 20 years you will own nothing but would have paid for a property.The complex offer what most complexes do not offer in term of outdoor, from very nice playgrounds for your children, tennis court with paid coaches to assist you and your kids to learn tennis, to a gym equipped to keep your fit and enjoy... the apartments however has nothing luxury about it, it is your standard midrand apartments (Hill of good hope for example is much more luxury compare to their apartment). What makes this place called itself luxury is just the outdoor space it offers which is I have to admit not always available in other complexes but like I said you are just another cow they are milking out!From the info I have , they been promising the residents to offer them an option to buy but honestly, WHICH BUSINESSMAN WILL AGREE TO SELL YOU HIS PROPERTY IF YOU ARE PAYING OVER R12K PER MONTH? They are just keeping their residents hope up. Excuse my honesty 😀

Clean and neat. Designed well for raising kids since they have gym, pool, indoor soccer field and clubhouse.

Place is so great but unfortunately for me cant afford what the residents pay. But has good facilities. Nice place to stay

Didnt know the skatepark became a playground, old ladies and small kids riding scooter, and the sign says bikes and scooters should not skate while skateboarders are around, and ive noticed how the rail went missing, fix the park 2, fixing everything else not the park

They dont take care of the skate park, ive lived there for 4 years not even a single upgrade, but the upgrade everthing else, one of the rails went missing too

The best selling points for a complex are the security, the amenities and the noise levels.I have found the security guards to be compliant at all times and the area to be appropriately noise controlled.Issues include: limited parking (if many people are visiting) and somewhat pricey rent.

Very good place compared to older rental places in Midrand. To those who are staying there, be vigilant with monthly bill and especially when you move out. They will fleece you.I was almost charged for things they did not fix in our apartment. Thought was rectified, if I was not vigilant I would have paid. They pass every cost to tenant. Even my deposit interest was stolen by Trafalgar and Century management supported them. When they bill you for damage, they discover when you move out will be back dated so they can steal your interest.Read your contract and cancel clauses that do not make sense. They are need tenants its renters market. Do not agree to pay for Plumbing service R350 then you move out. Should be their business cost. Does not even cost them R50

Went to visit one bedroom apartment. Looked bit small for the price they charge. And no personal renovation is allowed. But staffs are attentive and patient enough to answer whatever the questions you have
