Complex is amazing, but please change your service provider. SADV is a joke, they do not care about clients nor providing a good service. It does not reflect the standards expected in Laguna.Do not let ISP ruin your image.

Love the place. The open plan kitchen and Lounge could have been just a little bit more space. However one disappointing thing is you can’t convert to watch your DStv connection normal, you are forced to use fibre and internet access is costly for streaming. Network for vodacom and mtn in the area is BAD

Nice apartment building, the municipality should work on creating more accessible roads though.

Can I give zero stars? I moved in there last year November, stayed for about 10 days. My car was stolen from inside the complex, my neighbour below had their apartment broken into, without breaking the lock, which means they had the key. Dodgy as hell. Wasted I dont know how many thousands of Rands by making the mistake of moving in there. You have been warned.
