Im in sure this is the last time I will take my vehicle to this branch because appointment was made and confirmed and there was no communication or what so ever we drove +- 100km to find out whats going on and they also didnt answer the phone just to find out we drove all the way for nothing and they only look at the vehicle if they have time. Then whats the point of making a booking on a specific date if you cant be helped or there is no communication.

Excellemt service Gretha is a star. After all the good service my ST broke down. I phoned Eastvaal to let them know the breakdown will drop the car by them. I phoned them when I was in Witbank to let them know I will be late please wait for me. I phoned 16h55 to say I will be at Ford at 17h30. I arrived at 17h30 at Ford to find it was locked and I had nowhere to drop off the ST as I live 50 km otherside Middelburg at Rietkuil. Luckily Darren who lives in the Ford flats pulled in and he assisted me to be able to leave the vehicle there. I am really not happy and all the excellent service previously I had with Ford was undone. They could at least have phoned me to find how close I was. All the good work undone.

Ford Middelburg, Mpumalanga.Eastvaal Ford Middelburg.WARNING to the people of South Africa, THEFT and FRAUD is the modus operandi of Ford Middelburg Service Center.On the 24th of August 2020, I took my Ford in for the services and repair small aspects. Paid Cash just over R 8 000-00. About a week later I went back to Ford Middelburg with the complaint that my Vehicle is not performing when accelerating (Of which this problem never existed before the Service). I received a new quotation for an additional R 7 316.46 to repair the Vehicle. (according to the serves department the sparkplugs were missing). Made the payment on the 9th of September 2020. On review of the first and second invoices, I discovered that I am being charged for the same parts that were “Replaced” as part of the service that was done. I contacted Ford Middelburg and demanded to know how the parts that were replaced a few days ago can be the problem. I received a new quotation with only the coil ignition replacements. On review of this quotation, I was still invoice for the labor of the Sparkplugs. I decided to get a second opinion on the Vehicle, and the problem was rectified within 15min at a cost of R 550-00.It is extremely clear that Ford Middelburg used tactics to defraud clients on parts and services that were supposed to be replaced and in working order.With the service, I also requested Ford Middelburg to replace a small plastic panel below the Steeling Colom that was not working, at a cost of R 904. The panel was replaced and is not fitting in the right manner and is not closing correctly. Then of course it seems that the service department personal seems it fit to steal anything that they can get their hand on. All my vehicle is equipped with Medical and Breakdown kits, and someone (at Ford Middelburg) found that they liked the LED Flashlight to there liking and decided to steal such.People, please be aware of the fact that Ford Middelburg is in the business to steal and defraud clients to the best of their ability.Read and review your Quotations and Invoices and ensure that when you do find them trying to defraud you, that they shall try and get every Rand possible in labor and or parts that has nothing to do with your Vehicles problems.Please remember that you shall have to make the calls, go back to the service department on your expense, and to ensure that you are not being defrauded. Employees of Ford Middelburg seem are great in hiding client’s complaints from management. From the 9th of September 2020 to the 18th of September 2020, it took me 9 days to get a refund on my funds that was defrauded.And be tread as a common illiterate nuisance.

I bought a car for my wife here the car was involved in an accident thank God we are All OK But when I Took it for a service her on Monday my wife receives a message later that day that the service is Canceled Tuesday I called for clarification why the car is not being service Tjo😢 the run around service we go it was beyond terrible and for us we spend R300 in airtime calling for feedback and updates which we never got from them I had to Google Haval SA for Assistance even after so we got the Appoval they did not bother to inform us we were informed by Haval SA Thank you Haval SA for your Customer service but As for Eastvaal Motors Middleburg Aowa Customer service i a konda. I will never Go there. If it was possible I would return their car and Go somewhere else.

Still struggling after 2 months to get my pickup ready. there is no communication from their advisors to me as a client, nor between the advisors themselves. Ive never heard so many different excuses for the same problem. extremely poor service!
