We bought a vehicle at this dealer on the 3rd of March a Ford Figo end March it over heat and switched off. Informed the dealer and was told to take it to any RMI registered repair centre. Did as told. The car was there for a month not attend to because the dealer had not given authorisation for the car to be fixed. Had to take the car for the garage because it was taking up space. Mind you the car needs to be towed. I decided to take the car back to the dealership. When we got there we found Riaan who promised to fix the car and attend to our aid. We left the car. The car was delivered to us after two weeks. We used the car for three weeks and it started overheating called Riaan to inform him but he stopped taking my calls and the garage calls that is willing to fix the car. Im stuck with a less than six months old overheating car and no assistant
