K*k service, my bus will be at their workshop for over 3 weeks and in the time being they dont even have a loan car that i can use while they wait for parts. The whole experience is giving me a bad taste about the whole Hyundai Brand.

Best service ever they dont even give you a lot of calls to trick you to replace other parts they only send me sms for updates on the progress and to come and collect my car after service

We were welcomed with a smile and told a sales will help us soon. To no avail. After 20min we left very unsaterfied.

The parts sales lady is disrespectful and has no client confidentiality.She discusses her current clients with new clients, bad mouth the people whos business put a roof over her head.She is incompetent in her position. She orders parts wrong and when confronted ,she start screaming at you, label you with strong language and threatens to you. She even went so far to say lets take it out side. Who speaks to a client that way and gets away with it. I filed a complaint but seems that my business is not that important to them. As a business owner myself i would be ashamed if my employees would disrespect my clients in that matter.The service I received is pathetic and I wil not advice parts to be ordered from them!

How I bought my sportage in 30 MinsGood day all.First of all I highly recommend this dealer.It was a Tuesday 15h20. I stopped at the dealership walked in and said I want the kia sportage on the floor and I have a trade in. While the sales person showed me my new kia and the features of the kar the sales manager was busy valuing my kar.I got an offer in 20 min although we did the application before I got the offer for my car.Long story Short the deal was reapplied and approved in less than 30 min and due to my working schedule I only picked the car up the friday.They added a few things to the kia as well and the offer I got for my car was the best offer I got from 5 different dealers.Service was great and they where very friendly.Thank you guys for making this a pleasant purchase.

If possible to give negative stars they will win the jackpot Unbelievable no idea about customer service rude and useless took car back 3 times to get airbag light fixed twice to have GPS sorted out 3 times to have exhaust fixed still not done. They make excuses and blame other people dont ever go there! Have lodged a formal complaint at Renault

I took a colleague to buy a new car and I ended getting a R1000 shopping voucher,that was a lovely surprise.

If I can give them a -5 rating I would. These people have been beyond useless. Ive been waiting for my car for 3 weeks already and they just keep telling lies and making excuses. Its the worst service I have ever received from any business. Even the CEO, Jaco Taljaard, has said he is embarrassed about the service weve been getting. And yet there is no action and I am still without my car. Dont buy a car from them, they have no work ethic and they dont care about their clients
