Complex is very neat and the blocks are generously spaced apart, giving an open feel as you drive or walk through. The clubhouse area is perfect. Large swimming pool, fenced off, again spacious, would be great for adults, kids and families

Reviews can be completely misleading. The place is absolutely beautiful however you would find better value from renting or buying a place at Baldwin properties which is just up the road. They advertise that there is a gym, daycare and lifestyle centre however this is untrue. Its almost a year now and there is still no such facilities. The lifestyle centre building exists but it is empty.

It’s a lovely place but you can find better value else where. Everything the developer used is entry level no quality from the kitchen the wood won’t probably last more that 5yrs and the taps stylish but quality the worst. Those are the things that count you want something that will last. Renting tenants will be a peace coz they can just leave but when you buy it’s your problem. Try other developers.

Beautiful Complex with fiber optic fitted units. Clean and tidy complex. I loved it there.

Building is of a poor quality, estate agents tell you lies when selling to you. You can literally hear the person above you urinate. After 6 moths the walls are already cracking, cupboards falling apart and tiles loosing grouting.

It really is a beautiful place to stay, unfortunately the running of the body Corporate and the pay as you go not so much. Hidden costs everywhere you turn. Six sales agents in 12 months. Beware
