I went to visit a friend at this complex the complex is well managed and the security is well organized.

Great environment with such secure and well maintained apartments here. Though it does not fell like a community an experience you tend to find with other complexes. Its also a bit cramped up from my opinion and more for individuals without families or just dont want alot of commotion.

No issues experienced getting access, however person I visited wasnt happy with Balwin property and sold their unit. Balwin really dropping standards. Second Balwin property first was Whisken in Midrand.
