As far as complexes go this one is not good. Security is really on it when it comes to prohibiting Uber drivers from entering, or stopping your deliveries (though not in the rules at all), yet drivers speed in revving, people smoke in the shared areas, dogs bark incessantly and nothing changes.The apartments themselves have nice finishes but are shoddily built. Bring foam to help you windows close properly.

Older than most complexes in Greenstone Hill but has a charm of its own. Conveniently located. Cleaning services are on point. Staff are friendly and the estate management is professionally run and prompt with queries and issues reported. They seem to work hard to maintain the integrity of this older Balwin complex.

Neatly kept grounds and very secure access. Small swimming pool and well equipped gym.
