Absolutely pathetic service. They dont want to do business. Plus they cost ten times more than other couriers.

Was 10-11 times more expensive than other couries after a 45% discount. Parcel also took a day or two longer than others. Would not recommend them at all.

They take a good amount of time longer to deliver packages even when it is ordered to be delivered overnight. Would not recommend.

I am posting this as warning to all. DHL in essence made me pay for an overnight delivery which was due to be delivered from Joburg to Kimberley with all papers in order on the 22nd of April (medical testing equipment for major mining company), now 10 days later I am told the package is undeliverable and cant say when it can be expected. So they charged an exuberant amount which I shall report to CCSA which they do not pay back and STOLE the package in essence. So please be aware of this.

Received a parcel that was not mine and had to contact a stranger (the sender) myself. Someone could have stolen it! This company is also extremely expensive . Would not recommend at all. Rather try PEP courier before going to them.
