I am very disappointed in Courier it. My clients parcel was send on the 4th February, its now the 16th of February. After 2 request on where my clients parcel is that was send by email and after I phone today, I was told parcel will arrive today. Which did not happen all. It shows again parcel was loaded today on vichel at 08:09 this morning. Kimberley is a 3 to 4 hour drive from Kathu. I am not being given any explanation on why it takes so long. By email I was told they are investigating why parcel is taking so long. By phone today as I said I was told the parcel will be arriving today. Which I am still waiting. I have lost a client know and maybe possibly my business will get a bad reputation. So hope that this can be resolved as soon as possible.

No one answers phones. my parcel has been in kimberley almost a week, why hasnt it been delivered? horrible service

Struggled to get hold of the 3rd party they used to deliver my parcel. Parcel was 4 days late.

Unprofessional. Waiting for a parcel for 2 days now. Every morning they send a SMS your parcel are on their way. Nothing. Nobody answer the phone. Nobody answer the e-mail. For sure not a company to recommend or use.

The poorest service ever!!! Waiting since 20 November 2020 for my Takealot parcel, to hear the courier has lost my parcel😤😤😤

I cant get hold of them in any way.. They keep telling me the parcel is ons its way but it doesnt seem to me that Im getting it any time soon... Extremely bad and not satisfied!!!

The service is nonsense. Kimberley is one of the smallest towns, its 18:30 PM and Im still waiting for a parcel that was out for delivery from 08:12 AM. Fast + Furious is much better than this so called courier it.

Still waiting for my way bill since send proof of payment yesterday morning for my parcel to be courier to Sutherland

The service received has been nonexistent as they do not answer their phones and only have one number. I’ve been waiting for a package that has been out for delivery for nearly 6 hours and Kimberley is really not that big

My package was loaded at 08:05 this morning. Given the size of Kimberley and the distance, 4.4kms, from your office to my place of residence, the time now is 16:08 and my package still has arrived. How come there has been a no show in the last 8 hours and 3 minutes?

Do not deliver parcels, do not answer their phones at their business!
