Really not satisfied at all been trying for 3days to receive a email from u guys been 2 days after each other where I called to courier something for me first the tells me of sending banking details to make payment which I never received the email after spelling out the the email address word for word to the lady every time I called back to find out if they sent it I keep getting a response of there’s a new lady working there which I manage to have patience but now I’m really not satisfied with this service at all the arranged a cash on delivery for me after failing to send me a email then after that I kept calling for this past 3 days to find out about collections of the collection has been made and when will I be getting the machine I couriered I keep getting a reply of email email email I choose this company because I read positive reviews about it but now I’m very I satisfied because I still haven’t received what I couriered or don’t even have trustworthy information as to wherether my parcel has been collected just email email email we will email you deeply dissatisfied!!
