Was told 15mins for order, came out in 8.. great service here... well cooked tasty Chicken

I can do it right here no need for customer services... I placed an order online for kerbside pickup. I parked where indicated and waited and waited and waited. After 20 mins past the recommended pickup time I had to get out the car and walk into the store to fetch my order myself. It was already ready but the staff was just standing around... 3 stars is generous. There was 2 patrons sitting inside so it was not even busy...

The taste of your Nandos, was very bad. We felt like it was waste of money.

Ive only used the drive-through.All experiences have been good.Friendly staff.Strict adherence to Covid regulations.Occasionally there is a wait if they are very busy, but the food is worth the wait.

The staff are friendly and very efficient. This place does not get too crowded so you will be in and out within 15-20 minutes most times. Plus, I love their food!!!!

First they got my order wrong and I walked off with 1 wrap instead of 2. Ordered 🔥 wraps but they were bland with no sauce. Chicken strips had a roasted, chewy effect. Really not up to standard.

Flame grilled chicken! Just what you need when the hunger has been growing for a while. Plenty of parking to pop in for some strips and chips.

The Chicken was 100%, but I was not pleased with the spinach, it was not fresh and it was watery and the sauced wedges were not well done.

Food was good even though they got the order wrong. Be aware of asking for small chips and and billed for large chips. Check your order before you leave.

Very bad service and was told I must hurry as they close early and could not give me what I want. So I settled for Fiesta fries and Livers but just to chuck the chips away as it was over spiced. I know its the 31st December and we all want to get home to our loved ones but customer service is important no matter what. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED.

Placed an order for delivery waited 2 hours. Called the shop numerous times to find out where the order is or what happened to delivery. No suitable response could be given as to where the delivery guy was or if they could locate him. Store manager said he would call the driver and call us back to give feedback. It’s a good thing I didn’t hold my breath for his call as I would be dead by now. Safe to say I won’t be using this store to buy food again.

If you have no other option then go to this outlet. This is the worse outlet ever. They are slow and i have ordered from them a few times and every time they get something wrong. They take over 2 hours to deliver any order, min. I really hope they get there stuff together as i like Nandos but, this Nandos brings down the good reputation that they have

The setup is neat, reliable for travelers residing in the nearby hotels, BnBs, residents or any driver passing by in the area. Located near the R24 highway, there is a shell garage around the corner as well. There is a drive - through which make it a big bonus and you can even call to place your order in advance.

Well, apart from the fact that I had to drive back to the store to collect the cold drink I ordered, the churros seem to have shrunk in size since the last time we ordered, and my husbands peppermint caramel dessert was frozen solid, the food was alright.We definitely wont be rushing back.

Placed an order with the call centre and I was sent an sms to day delivery time will be 6pm. I called again at 6.16pm to be told the driver will be here in 2 mins. Called again at 6.23pm again told the driver will be here in 2 mins. At 6.34pm I tried calling to cancel my order only to get a call saying the driver is outside, paid the driver and left only to find out my childs good is missing. Called the branch back only yo be told it will be here in 10 mins. After trying to call about 6 times they do not answer my calls. Such terrible customer service.
