Terrible and slow service. Waited 1 hour and 15mins for the food and mine came before the kids. I had to ask for the rolls and than ask for the side condiments. Waiters ignore you when you call them. I used to go there for years, the service has dropped significantly. I had a horrible experience.

Waiting time is too long staff will walk around and walk ryt passed u as u wait to recieved. Rolls took too long and they were too hard. Food tastless and not well prepared. Staff cannot handle pressure... My waitor was the worst( i dont know who asked him to pour the mocktail in the glass for me because he ended up spilling on my cellphone. Generally the worst ocean basket I have ever been to..

Portion are very small compared to other ocean baskets. My fish was smaller than fish aways small fish. For more value for money walk down to fishaways

Terrible serviceTook so long to get our table rolls that they offer. When the food came it was bad. Fish was so hard to chew had a rubber chew to it no taste. Overall food was terrible service and quality dropped very bad. Staff have no customer Service ethics.

Salmon med rice.....a joke of a meal.....the salmon was so meager that it could not feed a new born kitten. If the Ocean basket franchisor presents a meal on the menu, then please see to it that your franchisees follow your directives. Skimping is a cardinal sin, and this outlet win the title Kings of Skimp. Alternatively take it off your menu. My other gripe is that they give bread rolls together with disgusting margarine. Your prices are not cheap, so please give your customers real butter.....or if you cant afford it, please charge extra. A disappointing experience!!!
