Utterly disappointed, ordered two meals, one was for a nacho chicken burger, I explicitly asked for no tomatoes and no avocados as I can’t have it and I asked to have it mild. What was given to me was a lemon and herb plain chicken burger with two extra thick slices of tomato and heaping spoonfuls of avocado, my second order was for a beef shawarma, when it arrived it looked fine, yet when eating I discovered that the meat was extremely dry and the bun was as chewy as cardboard. I think the staff think it’s a joke to take an order and do the complete opposite, as they seem to get joy from it, don’t think I will ever be eating here again.

Mochachos Westgate has been very disappointing of late. The chicken is dry, the chips taste like yesterdays chips warned up in the microwave. Get your head back in the game Mochachos you slipping to the bottom of our takeaway list. One start for the friendly service not for the food.

Super friendly employees, food tastes amazing and their shwarmas are to die for. Would recommend and Im definitely coming back for seconds!

I just asked my son to order for me chicken stripes and chips and dip. To my surprise. All other two meals seemed to be okay. Except for my order chicken stripes and dip. The package looked like it was microwaved. I took a picture of it. The delivery was very quick. I am not going to eat tonight. But l really really love Mochachos.

I DONT RECOMMEND MOCHACHOS FLORIDA JUNCTION 👎👎👎Their chicken was very dry and burnt even the smell. Chips were also dry. Only the buns and coleslaw were fresh.We regretted buying there.

I love Mochachos, but will not go to this one again. Ordered the usual medium spicy schwarma which I love, but had never tasted anything this hot before in my life. Chicken was black from all the spice. Chips here also not nearly as good as other branches.Will be back, but not at this branch.

I ordered a half chicken and salad and the salad was amazing.When I was eating the chicken it was oily and the chicken tasted dry.

Uber delivery took an hour and a half because they took forever to prepare a simple order. Food arrived cold. Unacceptable.

Ordered a family meal from here. It was just level 4 so you had to phone in and order and then ask them to deliver outside the store. Crazy times. I love mochachos but this time the chicken was very dry. The chip was gr8. I am not sure if they had the chicken roasted and then pit in the warmer cos, it was very difficult to eat even with salad. Maybe I caught them on a bad day but their chicken normally is of a good standard. Would recommend. The wait was not too bad.

Food was great, I just dont understand why they dont allow alcohol but yet they allow smoking, its strange because second hand smoking not only harms you but others around you. A glass of wine only affects you and doesnt necessarily make you drunk....its quite hypocritical and stupid actually.

I placed an order on Uber eats and my order didnt go through. So thought no problem I will just reorder but my order took an hour and the number goes straight to voicemail. So disappointing that I cant even get hold of a business to find out whats going on. Seriously unimpressed.

My favourite place for Mexican food, with the best seasoned and cooked chips. Aside from my meal coming with mild chili, instead of extra hot chili, everything else was 100%

The place is good value for money in comparison to Nandos with a similar taste. No kids play area but their chips is much better than any other takeaway outlet I am aware of. Defenitely worth a visit.
