Great food and sushi, well trained staff and attentive management. A couple of us had lunch at JBs in Sandton City. We had sushi, coffees and of course some cake. The sushi was well made, delicious and beautifully presented and our waiter was friendly, efficient and quick to assist us. The coffees were good the cake tasty and one of the managers on duty checked on us a couple of times.

Very niche position within the icon of the SANDTON mall. Family vibe and good coffee. Can’t fault the Oats if you are a fan (having it for some time). Decent variety and has a level floor as well as a lift section overlooking The main road and entrance.

Nice menu selection but expect to pay Sandton prices. Especially the sushi. Loved the seared salmon sashimi but its expensive. Menu is varied. Great selection of cakes. Check out the gourmet milkshakes.

Food is unimpressive, especially for the prices. Our waiter was hard to find most of the time. Salt shaker wasnt closed properly so it poured all over my fries. There are much better options in Mandela Square. I wont be coming back.

The cake selection!!!!!!! Wow!!! Food portions were huge and the food delicious. The music was a little loud so it was difficult to have a conversation and the bathrooms being shared by men and women and the resultant ques were not so pleasant.

Great starters, great service. But dont order the pizzas esp the ones on special.

Nice small coffee shop / restaurant. A good place to meet for bussiness. It is close to the entrance that are opposite the US Consulate. The food is good and staff is firnedly.

Great place and stunning backdrop in Sandton. The menu is quite creative and the food well presented.Cocktails have a bit of a kick so tread slowly. Service is on point and with a smile. Thumbs up from me!

Its a great restaurant. Their strawberry daiquiri is happiness dancing on my taste buds. Its one of the few things that dont change on their menu. Their menu is constantly changing, and if you like me, are a creature of habit, you might just be disappointed 😞 however, its a great place to eat with good company

Just had breakfast at JBs Corner. Breakfast was great and we decided to have dessert as well. Ordered a red velvet cheesecake and it was good. Icing felt a little buttery but ok. Towards the end I noticed a black/green mark on the cake. Raised with manager and was told it was a mark from the baking tray. This might have been possible however it tasted different and was bitter and sour. Manager removed the cake band came back to apologize but said because we had settled our bill we jut had to accept it and leave. Not cool.

Food was great and not badly priced. The drinks were also well priced for the area. The only problem is that I didnt enjoy the music that was playing in the restaurant (but that might just be my taste in music). We didnt have to wait too long for our food and our waiter was almost always around when we needed him. He was also quite insightful about the menu and the daily specials that they had available.

I was there on Sunday the 02nd of December with my cousin. We enjoyed our time there ,and the food was great. I made a payment with my credit card, however the very next morning I got notification from the bank alerting me of 5 unsuccessful pin attempts made from my credit card. I immediately called the banks fraud department to block the account. I only used my card at that restaurant and nowhere else hence it was easy to pinpoint where the mischief came from.please be careful when making payment at this restaurant ,its easier and safer to pay cash.

We just love the food at this place. The Nachos are some of the best weve ever tried and the Avo toast is super yummy. The staff are always extremely efficient and friendly. There is a really good vibe too upstairs on the weekends with lovely cocktails to choose from.

Always fabulous cocktails, varied & delicious food menu and good service. Manager was very helpful when we asked for changes to our choice of dishes. Nothing was too much trouble for our waiter or management. Will definitely be back.

Food was delicious however the service was very average. It took forever to get the bill and we felt forgotten.We had their burgers which were spectacular but would have liked it more medium rare; we werent offered preference.

This place is convenient for business meetings, family outing. By the bar you over look the Rivonia road. Is so cosy with friendly staff members. The service is very good

The only thing I enjoyed was the beer and the salmon I heard but having to be charged extra verbally and 1 of your lady manager Michelle if Im not mistaken agreeing to the conspiracy was so weird. Id have kept quiet if I paid the right amount and got a proforma receipt to submit at work. Alot to learn

Nice service, lovely ambiance upstairs with great lighting. Beautifully garnished GnT. The Mediterranean fillet cubes dish is much tastier at their Melrose branch. Sides were pretty terrible - baby spinach covered in grit. I dont mind sand between my toes but it really sucks when its between my teeth. Replacement steamed veg was awful and tasteless. Chairs are comfortable for an hour max.

Good food, but the Management is absolutely horrible, arrogant and we even heard the owner swearing at the staff loudly in front of everyone. Not a pleasant place to be when there are so many other options. They are not the only restaurant in town :)

Have just returned after their renovations. I have to say I was really disappointed. The decor is really not what I expected in terms of JBs undergoing a massive renovation. They have also changed the seating arrangements insude which means the restaurant is cramped and there is no flow. Also one of the best points was their outside areas which has all but disappeared.... what a pity...

Very average food, for very above average prices. Staff is slow. Wait 10min just to be attended to in a 60% full restaurant. Enjoyed sitting upstairs for the view, but other than that... not great. Plenty of other much better restaurants in sandton city to choose from.

The Sesame Chicken salad here is really tasty! You won’t even know you’re having something so healthy. We had a nice quiet lunch here on Saturday afternoon. Service was a little slow hence the 4 stars.

Its a very beautiful place to get away the side of the building is amazing and the staff is very well mannered the manager also on his return visits to the customer stable and ensure everything is correct and that you are enjoying your meal or drink this is a well recommended place to send family members even friends I go there often to enjoy a meal or a well deserved drink after a long hard working day I would definitely recommend JBs Corner to anyone as its most relaxing and even some nights have live entertainment.
