The lady that is packing food needs to wear her mask properly. Her nose is all out and the mask is almost not covering her mouth

The lady who is by the till had to also distribute orders and this was taking forever. The food is amazing but can they atleast increase their staff personnel during peak hours.

I ordered the variety of sliders to end up with original sliders. It looks like everything was just thrown together, dry chicken, very very little sauce and one pickle. Not as advertised and got robbed! Never again!

Very rude, poor customer service right on my face today. Orders take long, staff didnt care what a customer is, especially in order collections, managed to get his name, Nkosinathi. After waiting for a cool 30 plus minutes for a small order i witnessed how he treated customers, and did the same to me.

Quick, efficient service. Food is good too. Moist, tender, well cooked chicken. Giving 3 stars only because its way too salty. Chicken and burger both. I asked for spicy but got salty. Maybe in this part of the world spicy is salty. Good thing its Hilal certified.

I came here at exactly 09:00. When I get here the stuff told me they are not opened as yet. I ask what time they are opening they told me that maybe at 09:30 or 09:45. This happened on Saturday 09/ 2012. I was serviced by this rude short guy who is dark in coulour with lot’s of gold tooth in the mouth. I’m describing him cause he refused to give me his name and he didn’t have a name badge on. I ordered at about 09:50 and I was told to wait another 15 minutes. I found this very unprofessional. This store will definitely loose customers if this continues. Imagine how much has the store already lost in the 45 minutes that the store was not opened and it was supposed to be opened.

Big store, looks tidy, however badly positioned-and some dodgy characters hanging around the street area. The store is situated near the parking exit and has dark areas-not suitable to order ahead and do a pickup.

Poor service I have ever experienced in my life, I have been waiting for my chicken licken order for 2h30 min and my order has not been delivered. i ordered on Uber Eats , I normally order via Uber eats and have never experienced any problems, the guy that is supposed to deliver says that he could not call me and didnt know which building hes supposed to go to, how can other people deliver and he couldnt find my address, Im so disappointed with the service delivery I received from chicken licken Rosebank

The Hot wings snack is my favourite...but i was very disappointed with the service. Not only did i have to wait too long for my order...but both the fries and wings were dry...The wings were also thin/bony. Its funny how when you wanna enjoy your meal go buy at any Chicken Licken around India peoples Areas....Just a thought.

Our order took far too long to prepare. Over an hour and a half. When I try to call them, they cant even find our order.

Not bad, the chicken was fresh and tasty, the chips were awful though. We ordered as a large group but 1 person in our group ordered individually, we got our food but we had to wait 15 minutes after that for a single order! Only use if absolutely necessary!

Ive waited for rock my soul straight for 20 minutes to find out that I need to wait another 30 minutes to get hot chicken. When I told them I cant wait any longer they told me to get refund I told them I want food. Then they told me to add R3 to get plain chicken. I didnt even get an apology from them 😠

I just had chicken licken with my colleagues , two pieces into the chicken and was off, it tasted like rotten eggs. i called in Happiness responded but made it seem like i was not telling the truth in her tone. Do you understand that its not just that one wing but the whole batch and this could lead to a salmonella . i am their regular customer and ive never experienced this before.

Gets busy, but youre able to get your food fast and efficiently. Good service all round.

Located in a very good trendy place in Rosebank. Allows you to visit many other areas around and do fun things too. Loved it.

The service wasnt on point, the food took long. Tables were not tidy. I had to wipe the table myself. Regular customers were given preference ( they had their food delivered to the table) while we had to fetch our own orders.

Greatest crispy chicken, this shop has the weirdest interior. Some kind of sunken lounge must be above it.

There meat I asked for a thigh and a drum stick but I got a thigh and center breast wich was dry and not so juicy as the thigh but good service.,

Good fast food chicken. It gets very busy on Saturdays so the wait for food gets longer. No one ever sits really so theres always pleanty room to sit and eat.

Very close to the Gautrain station... so very convenient if you need a quick meal before going shopping. The staff ate also quite friendly and the establishment very clean...

Really fast and efficient , the food is always on point but a bit crammed and it gets quite full during lunch times (12pm -2pm) - not ideal for a sit in lunch.

Had the bad experience here ... i bought Rock my soul 3 at 1pm and waited for more then 55min till i requested to cancel my order n get my money back cause the ladies calling out the orders kept on tell me that my order isnt there but failed to tell me why was it taking so long, only to find out from the till lady that the HoT chicken was still being prepared. Im sorry but Ive had it with them cause it was the third time receiving this treatment...the least they can do is inform us that the meat is still being prepared so that we will decide whether we want to wait or buy something else cause I wasted all my lunchtime waiting for nothing...

Placed my order at 12h08 and only received at 12h44 it took over 30mins to receive chicken and chips plus the staff could not be bothered that there were over 50 people waiting for food and only 1 person was dispatching food at the front it was the 1st time using Rosebank chicken licken and I can safely say I WILL NEVER ORDER THERE ever again extremely disappointed
